I am rejecting this response because: My insurance United Health Care has contacted them and they told the Rep that I had to be on the phone to before they could discuss my account, when I called back they did not answer the phone, I left messages with *** and she stated she would call me back, which she did not do, when she got a answer the Spectrum Lab. Why did they not tell me or my insurance copy that United Health can do a charge back for my refund? May I forward this information to my insurance copy?
