We have been trying to contact this facility for over weeks trying to set up service but they will not return our calls Even stopped the truck driver to ask and he told us to call but still don't return the calls They are a worthless business if you ask me I will be going to WM

I am rejecting this response because: I have had service like this for years and thus is the first service I have ever had with this kind of bad serviceComing to my home without being ask to cone us unacceptableYes my complaint is dated 2016, because that is the first complaint I have record of contacting youSo this is an ongoing problem with you companyIt was brought to my attention by others that have your service how you rushed duribgvtge holidays and other garbages didn't get fully emptiedChristmas and New Year is not a time to rush doing garbage removalI don't understand how I do things the same fir years and now years in a row around the same time my garage isn't getting completely emptyNo one should be firced inti paying for service that isn't providedWhy should I keep contacting you when the same issue keeps repeating itselfI expect flawless service and shouldn't have to pay for the last monthsIt's time it is documented so you remember the poor service you are providing

[redacted] , Below is my response to the complaint: We received the letter in the mail from the Revdex.com on 2/20/ This is the first we have heard of any service issues with [redacted] at [redacted] Hendricks MN We did call the City of Hendricks and they hadn’t heard of anything either So, we sent an email to the email address listed under customer information on the complaint at 2:39pm 2/20/18, still haven’t heard a response back The City of Hendricks did switch the trash cart out that same evening so currently have a brand new cart On the morning of 2/21/18, Scott [redacted] did stop at the customers house but no one was home so a business card was left We would like to talk to [redacted] so we can get this resolved and to prevent this issue going forward We completely understand how this can be frustrating Let me know what else you need from meThanks, Scott [redacted] Southwest Sanitation, IncMarshall MN

I have had this service for years I wish I could find someone else to do my trash I have had repeated disappointment They don't answer phone, email, or snail mail For years, I had a repeated billing issue This week, they didn't collect my trash No notice They don't inform their customers of any of their holiday schedules You have to guess They are rude when you try to reach them for corrections They use a paid service for billing that doesn't work correctly either HORRIBLE TO WORK WITH: HORRIBLE SERVICE PROVIDER

The processing of payments and the billing are completely unreliable. The pick up for the trash in terribly inconsistent. My trash has been picked up anywhere from 9am to 6pm in my case.

I have tried to call dozens of times to request an extra pick up and have only been able to either leave a message (no retur call) or get a busy signal. \r\nDismal customer service. I don\'t know how a business can exist that doesn\'t answer the phone.\r\nI will have to drive to their office to cancel service and go with Republic.
