I needed to transport a car from Colorado to the Panama City Beach area of Florida Did my homework as I read some harrowing stories Decided on South Beach as their price was one of the lowest but it was the fact that I didn't have to pay anything up front that made me decide to use them I dealt with a 'David H.' - don't want to give his full name over the Net but he was AWESOME My car was picked up quickly and delivered even more quickly The semi drivers were very thorough in examining the car prior to putting it on their truck and when they delivered it, it was just as they picked it up, they put it in the driveway of the address I gave them If I ever need to use a car transport service again, I will use these guys I was so relieved - for once, something worked just as it should whew

Do NOT use this company if you need anything done in a timely mannerWe were given a pick up date of JanWe provided the driver with the keys and location of the vehicleWe also paid him cash for the parking feesHe waited days to pick the vehicle upAt the time of delivery, he tried to get us to pay the extra parking fees even though it was his issue for not picking the vehicle up at the time promisedHe then also tried to get us to pay a ticket he received while picking up the carThis entire experience caused us a lot of stress and anxiety in a time when we were already dealing with a huge family crisisIf you need a vehicle transported, please find a more reputable company to do it

We had lots of emails from these people , saying about having trucks in your area, we spoke to agent and he took our pay detailsnot yet chargedSo far its been days and we have not heard from them at all , we have tried calling and no one not even sales or customer service have answered, we are supposed to be moving and can not get hold of anyone to find out what is happening, we are totally disgusted that no effort has been made to contact us after we gave our details , we are now very worried try to call and find out if someone is coming to pick up our car or notwill need a head office number or something as no other numbers are offered to callVERY DISPLEASED

My brother suggested this company because he had a great experience with the help of SrLogistics Manager- [redacted] I am very sad to say I am having quite the opposite experience In the beginning, it took a few days before I received a quoteI should have known then I would be having problemsOnce a quote was made, SrLogistics Manager Ms [redacted] was very helpful & attentive in the process of getting the paperwork completed and scheduling vehicle pick up dateThe vehicle pick up was Sunday with a delivery date of SaturdayAs the pickup date approached and passedShe wasn't available or stepped out of the officeI left multiple messages about my scheduled pick up date and only once receive a call from a coworker stating he was returning the call for her and then mid-sentence changed the topic to making sure the driver contacted me I sent an email and still have not received an email backMy vehicle was finally picked up Wednesday and the driver stated he would still deliver my vehicle by Saturday Saturday approached and passes [redacted] MondayMs [redacted] still unavailableToday is Monday & I receive a call from the driver stating he will be here in approxhours away and that I need to honor the agreed amount of payment yet they can deliver the car two days late; of course MsHernandez is not availableThe driver arrives and doesn't want to release the car until he has money in handAll I can say is WOW! I would not suggest South Beach Transporting to my worst enemy, let alone friends or family

David Hwas my representative from South Beach Transport and he answered all my questions and was very patient with me This was our first time to ever have a car shipped We purchased a Toyota Prius from my in-laws in CA and needed it delivered to TX David worked with me every step of the way because he knew I had concerns after reading a lot of negative reviews of many other companiesHe always answered his cell phone and was very polite He chose a great trucking company for us and a great driver Paul from Mountain Logistics Incwas our driver and he was nice We did need to be flexible on the pickup time and the delivery time, but we knew that in advance so it didn't bother us when our car was delivered a few hours later than originally told We understood that we can't control traffic, construction, or weather The flexible time did not bother us, because we wanted our car to get here without damage and IT DID! South Beach Transport handled the very traumatic experience of shipping my Corvette with professionalism and ease From the very first phone call with Jesse, I knew that my car was in safe hands The logistics team I worked with was Manny and Jesse In order for me to feel comfortable about the transport process, I required lots of explanations and constant contact Manny was extremely busy and unable to hold my hand so he had Jesse step up to answer my questions and assure me that my car would be shipped and handled with care I literally spoke to Jesse at least two times a day until my car arrived safely at the destination point I was provided with information on the Driver and was in communication with him throughout my car's journey through CaliforniaThe pricing was competitive and the timing (although it's not a science) was acceptable I highly recommend South Beach Transport and intend to use their services again in the future

We already booked our auto transport with another companyA rep at South Beach Transport called us this evening to give us her sales pitchMy spouse told her we're booked with another companyThis is when she asked who we went withMy spouse said just another companyShe then told him the name of who we booked with and told us that the company are scammersMy spouse asked her name and she changed the subjectShe refused to give her name In my opinion if someone won't identify themselves then their opinions aren't worth taking into consideration This sales rep represents South Beach TransportSo basically the company doesn't train their employees in business ethicsWhy would I go with a slanderous company who clearly doesn't care how they obtain their businessThis is not good business practice All it did was make my spouse panicWe called the company we booked with and they're sending us a confirmation that we're not responsible for the bill or miles should the transport vehicle break downIs that what scammers do? I don't think so If South Beach Transport stoops to these levels, No thanks...I don't want the drama

South beach transport was awesome to ship with as I shipped my car from wa to new YorkI think that the price is reasonableI was quoted some very low prices and high prices they were in betweenThey didn't take money from my account until they picked up the caroad and it was just a small dollars processing feeThe rest of the money went to the driver and I was able to contact the driver through out the processI would recommend commend this company

He was able to correct a bad situation that I experienced with another transportation company He promised to have my car delivered on May and it actually arrive early on May 27th!! Just in time for the Memorial Day weekend Great work by Alan, Jim, and their team

I requested a shipping quote from multiple companies on a Friday evening South Beach Transport did not reply until Monday morning (they were the last to reply out of companies), and in the following 2-1/days I received a total of TEN emails from them I "unsubscribed" from the second one, then replied directly to their email asking them to stop, but to no avail Based on this poor service and poor responsiveness, I chose another carrier

Had a nice experience, the manager, *** was very friendly, supportive and informative about the car shipping and negotiated the price suiting my needs

I usually do not give negative reviews even though I had a bad experience, because things happenThis one is not a bad experience but I felt like I was cheated and fooled by the company I try to ship my motorcycle they called and offered a quote which is way higher than the market price and made be believe it as I am first time shipperThey have gave no breathing space for me to make my decision and repeatedly called me almost - times in a span of min and asked me to sign a paperLater I found out t he price they quoted me is almost 350$ higher than the regular price and even another company is ready to ship my motorcycle for lower price
Before I signed the paper they said I cancel my shipment anytime before it was picked up and and on the day I was trying to the call South Beach Transport they answered the first time and accused other company is lying to me and hung up on me and never picked up their phone again until the driver picked up the motorcycle
More over they lied to me about my shipment, they mentioned it was a closed container getting shipped along with costly cars and when I received the vehicle I was stunned to see it was in a trolley hitched to a pick up van

I had put in a request on a quote and I was contacted by several companies. But when I spoke with [redacted] from South Beach Transport he made transporting my vehicle so simple. I followed up on their rating from the Revdex.com and they had a great rating there. It wasn't the lowest price but the service was worth it. I had peace of mind. The companies that gave me the lowest quotes had bad ratings for the most part. [redacted] was Amazing!!! He moved my car from Miami, FL to San Bernardino, CA without any worry. This was my first time using a transport service and I was in constant contact with Alan. He was very pleasant to speak to and very assuring that everything would go as it was suppose to. I couldn't ask for anything better from a company and it's representative's. I would most definitely be using their service again and recommending them to family and friends. My car made it on time and without any damage or problems.

I contracted with SST and was fortunate to have Leo C as my advisor. He worked with me through multiple date changes on my part. My Cadillac SSEXand me husband's Mustang GTconvertible were picked up a few days early but that was fine. The driver Joshue was wonderful! Very professional and knowledgeable . Our cars were delivered right on time. There was a rip in my husband's top and the owner of BBNLLC took care of it quickly.
I had many estimates for our move from Phoenix to Jax Beach Fl but SBTwas in the middle but I went with them because I felt so comfortable with Leo.
Would I recommend or us them again? ???MOST DEFINITELY. !!!!!!!!!!!
