I purchased an older home which needed to be totally remodeled. Initially I was very overwhelmed by the scope of this project ... until I met Mr. ***, owner of Softouch Flooring and Restoration, Mr. took over management of the entire project, resulting in a beautiful, newly remodeled home that addresses my specific needs. I am elated at the outcome of this work. Mr. provided creative solutions to my very specific, unique requests, and was very attentive to the reasons behind my requests. He developed a great understanding of what I was trying to accomplish in this renovation, and continually applied this understanding of my needs throughout the entire project. He very patiently worked with me through this complex project, making sure each item we discussed was addressed at the appropriate time. He provided excellent communication in a timely fashion, and was knowledgeable about products and ways to address my specific needs. Upon completion my newly renovated home, the property was left neat and clean - ready to move in to. Mr. and all his staff have been friendly, professional, respectable and helpful.
