Review: I worked an event on June [redacted], 2013 with [redacted], owner of Small Moments Studios. I was the Band Leader, he was the videographer. [redacted] does wonderful work; he shot the event in a way that truly captured its essence. Noticing his work, I asked him if he would edit a new version of my marketing video for me, one that used footage that I had already shot plus the footage that he was currently capturing. I had received approval from the groom regarding use of the footage. [redacted] agreed to do so. I was very excited and stressed to him how important it was for me to do this; [redacted] acknowledged this.

I called him a week later to speak to him about it; he said that he'd review the footage and get back to me. That was the first week of July, 2013. [redacted] then proceeded to ignore every attempt at contacting him; email, website blog post, telephone call, etc, for six months. In many of my messages, I stressed the importance of this edit for me, stating that it made the difference between a good marketing package and a great one. No answer from [redacted] at all.

I finally got a hold of [redacted] by calling him from another cell phone number in December 2013. He apologized to me and told me that HE WOULD DO THE EDIT IN JANUARY 2014. Satisfied, I waited until January to call him, and again was ignored. I stopped by his office in Suffern in January, but was unable to reach him. This visit, however, prompted [redacted] to reach out to me. He apologized, told me he'd been busy, and invited me up to his office to discuss the edit.

I went to his office in hopes of getting the edit done, and did so happily, leaving behind the seven months of being ignored. We met at his studio office. [redacted] told me that he'd do it AGAIN. He said that he'd post some rough footage online for me to review in preparation for the edit. I asked him the price; he'd said that he'd think about it and offer me options. I left the office ecstatic, feeling like he'd get it done. It is now March of 2014; no footage was posted as far as I know, no contact was made. I have been calling, posting, emailing and texting EVERY DAY, multiple times a day. In these contacts, I am stressing how important this is to me and how unacceptable it is to ignore your customers. Absolutely no response. Not even to tell me that he won't do it. Nothing. He takes the time to remove my commentary from his blog posts, yet will not take the time to contact me. I am astounded that anyone in business would conduct themselves in this manner.Desired Settlement: If [redacted] does not wish to perform my edit, that is fine, he should have said so from the beginning and saved me this absolutely maddening experience. What I desire is that he sell me the raw footage of the event so that I can get someone else to perform the edit. I desire that [redacted] name a reasonable price for the footage and sell it to me so that I may go on my way and be done with this. He made me a commitment for EIGHT MONTHS now; he knew how important this was and is for me. If he doesn't ordinarily sell footage, I desire that he make an exception and sell it to me ASAP. It's found money for him, as the only people who would spend money on it other than myself are the bride and groom of the wedding, and he's already committed to them. If he does this, I will say thank you and never deal with him again. Thank you for your help.

Review: [redacted] of small moment studios was hired back on August 2010 to record my wedding which was on October [redacted] 2010. [redacted] was paid a deposit up front to secure the date and received a check for the rest the day of the wedding. We have not yet received our wedding video. [redacted] has been contacted numerous times about our wedding video and at first he stated working on it you should receive it in a week or two. Then he stopped picking up call or replying back to emails. I have tried calling him from other phone numbers and [redacted] has picked up then he comes up with excuses (bad reception, its coming, etc)Desired Settlement: Desired outcome is for [redacted] to give us our finished product. (wedding video) If by any reason [redacted] cant provide us with wedding video I request for [redacted] to pick up all expenses so I can replicate the date of Oct [redacted] 2010 and hire another company to rerecord my wedding. This is a very special day in ones life and I want what I was promised.

Review: Mr. K[redacted] studio took photographs and a video at our daughters wedding on November **, 2014.

Other than prints on line, with the studio logo, and a blurb of the video, we have received nothing that we paid for ( $6200 ).

Mr. [redacted] rarely answers calls and emails. When he does, he makes promises that the work will be completed in a timely manner. It is over 7 1/2 months and still no word or contact or products.. Our daughter has tried to reach him continuously but with no satisfaction other than promises.Desired Settlement: 1. Response to calls and emails.

2. The wedding g albums as promised ( completed ).

3. The completed video of the wedding.
