Ever since I started getting internet from skylink, it's been horrible I was told I would be able to play games online, yet when I try I keep getting kicked off the net I can't even run *** or *** without it crashing because the internet went out I have called numerous times, and they say everything looks fine, and you keep restarting my router But that still doesn't work, and the customer service rep will not let me talk to a manager He says they are at lunch, then says they are not working today So which one is it? I have been paying for internet that I can barely use, and no one will help I've even asked to be dropped from my contact since I'm not getting wht I paid for, but they literally ignore me

My husband and I moved into our new house,I went to Skylink for internet as we had used them at our old address and my office and were pleased with the service.When they showed up to hook our internet up they were on our roof for 8hrs but would not tell me what the problem was other than they were having a hard time finding the signal.We had signed a year contract for the second highest level they hadWe were unable to watch movies or pull anything up on the internet unless we turned all devices off other than the one we were trying to use.It would never work very well or sometimes at all so I went in to see if we could up to a faster speed.They said that was unavailable in our area.We were paying for but our internet was at best running at We asked if there was anything they could do as we were unable to use this service, they finally brought a new dish out but it did not helpWe paid for internet for a whole year that we could never useI asked if we could possibly be let

This company has failed to provide me workable service several times My wireless antenna fell off of the tree they nailed it to (not property attached) They could not get anyone to fix it for over days I asked if I would be credited for the time I was down I was assured I would be The installer show up in a mini van without the appropriate tools My spouse had to use our own tools and assist in properly attaching the antenna I went to disconnect service and they know nothing about the credit and want to charge me to remove the equipment from my house I called for assistance once and had to wait because the person that answered was dropping their child off at school They just want collect money and do not have enough staff
