Ezra gave me an estimate over the phone I had called at least locksmiths and their estimates were ridiculous When he arrived he showed me his license Ezra installed the keypad in minutes and showed me how to program etc He also took the time to fix another lock I will share his name and number with other teachers, friends and family It is so nice to have someone you can trust to do quality work with great prices

I called on Wedmorning (12/21/16) to have some locks rekeyed I was given a same-day appointment for 1pm Mike and Ezra were here exactly on time I explained what was needed and was given a military discount because my son is a soldier The work was done quickly and in an excellent manner They even replaced a lock plate that was looseI will be referring this business whenever possible This was the first time in a while that I was extremely pleased with work that I had to have done in my home

Good Morning, I do understand the frustration, but we have advised the home owner of the moisture readings and the causes of this issue.We have advised her that if she would take care of the issue we would in fact replace the boards, but until the issue with moisture is resolved on her part, we can
not replace the boardsIf we replace the boards due to the moisture we will in fact have to make several more trips out to house, as we have already doneWe in fact have made several attempts to fix this issue but due to the moisture issue, the attempts to fix were not permeant, thus the customer calls the contractor, we have been in contact with ***'s who is in fact her providerThey have advised us to wait to fix itWe have also enclosed the 3rd party inspection report, and the findingsIf she advises ***'s which is her provider that we need to go out there, then we will, due to the stipulations of our contract all work orders must be through the store in which she purchasedWe have also advised the consumer of this.thank you

After being burglarized, I had to have my car keys replaced. Silverstate Locksmith came out and took of my car in a timely and friendly manner. They had a problem with the keys not working and took the time to find the solution and implement it. As they worked and we talked, I told them about the burglary and asked about redoing the house keys. I received a quote I was happy with and was figuring out if I could afford it when Mike offered me a very good deal on the car and house locks. I have had few businesses be as thorough and helpful as they were when I needed help. I will recommend Silverstate Locksmith to anyone that I know that needs their services in the future.
