Repair to front bumper has not been completed Key fob purchase has not been reimbursed I was advised that I would be given a key fob for the newly purchased vehicle and I had to keep following up with the dealership regarding this They gave me the name of the person who makes the key fobs and gave me an authorized amount of $for this, I would pay any difference The man came to my work to make the key fob however did not give me enough time to come out to meet him and he left I called him and he advised he would have to reschedule I called him the next day again to see when he could make it out again and he advised he would let me know I gave him business days to give me a call back and he did not call When I called him again he said he would try to get me squeezed in between his other appointments This never happened so I went to the nearest dealership and had them make me a key fob so everything on my car would work correctly I gave the receipt to the dea
