Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (2000, 13, 2015/07/11) */ I received a telephone call from the proprietor of Signature Diamonds at the Colorado Mills on Thursday, June Mr [redacted] said that the alternate, and less expensive ring, that I had asked him to get had been at the store for two months but that he had been on vacation for that time and that is why he had not called me to exchange the ring I initially purchased ring, P/N [redacted] and I asked Signature Diamonds to exchange the ring for another similar ring (P/N [redacted] Mr [redacted] said that he could not locate the ring and after several months I asked him if I could exchange it for another ring which he said that he could getThis is the ring that Mr [redacted] had for me to exchangeI had initially chosen the 'alternate' ring because I was going to have a design 'etched' on it that would resemble the ring that I originally wantedWhen I went today to see Mr [redacted] , he said that the design could not be 'etched' on it because the ring was made from tungsten and that the metal was too hard to have that doneThat being the case I asked Mr [redacted] if I could keep the ring that I had purchased and not exchange it for the carbide ring and he said that would be OKI thanked him and said that I would 'set things right', meaning that I would contact the Revdex.com to report that a settlement had been reached Mr [redacted] was a gentleman during the time I was there and he did follow through in getting the 'alternate' ring that I had asked him to getI would much more have preferred an exchange for the ring that I initially asked for and even though there was no exchange of rings I am satisfied that there was an effort made to exchange it even though it took months to get it doneI am not entirely dissatisfied with the ring I still have and I can live with it I want to thank the Revdex.com for your help in resolving the problem

I initially purchased ring, P/N [redacted] and I asked Signature Diamonds to exchange the ring for another similar ring (P/N [redacted] Mr. [redacted] said that he could not locate the ring and after several months I asked him if I could exchange it for another ring which he said that he could get. This is the ring that Mr. [redacted] had for me to exchange. I had initially chosen the 'alternate' ring because I was going to have a design 'etched' on it that would resemble the ring that I originally wanted. When I went today to see Mr. [redacted] , he said that the design could not be 'etched' on it because the ring was made from tungsten and that the metal was too hard to have that done. I would much more have preferred an exchange for the ring that I initially asked for and even though there was no exchange of rings I am satisfied that there was an effort made to exchange it even though it took 6 months to get it done. I am not entirely dissatisfied with the ring I still have and I can live with it.
