My name is *** *** I am owner of Sierra RecoveryYou recently received a complaint from *** ***This woman had multiple opportunities to pick up her personal belongingsShe never showed up for her scheduled appointmentsHer
irreplaceable items are stickers on the back of the vehicle that we cannot removeShe is also referring to floor mats she purchased for the vehicleWhen you upgrade or replace the original items in a vehicle and cannot replace the original I cannot remove per my contract with finance companiesThis is true for radio units, speakers, tires and rims, as well as floor matsThere was paperwork in The vehicle and things hanging on the rear view mirrorThese items were not of high dollar value and were stored for the time we are to hold personal property per our contractsThis woman is upset due to the fact this was her second time we have repossessed her vehicleApparently she was unable to redeem and therefor she is upsetI personally picked up this vehicle on the second repossession and personally removed her personal property from the vehicleAnd left in her possession at the homeThe only items I did not remove were the floor mats, garbage, items attached to mirror( tangled mess I couldn't remove), and the decals
I would like this complaint removed as it is and my business has broken no laws and had given this woman ample opportunity to get her items
