Next Day Shipping ? Horrible Customer Service
I have never been so frustrated with a company as I am right now. I went in on 03/07/24 and purchased some shoes as well as ordered a pair of Crocs (at 1:06 pm) for my grandson and was told that for $22.95 I would have them the next day. I received a confirmation email at 6am on 03/08/24 that I would be provided with a delivery date in a later email. I never received said email. I contacted the store and the employee was very helpful. She had the corporate Customer Service Manager (Nicky) call me back. She was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I was told by Nicky that I would not be receiving my order until 03/11/24 due to ordering after 12:30 pm and that weekends don't count as far as shipping days. I informed Nicky that I wanted a refund for the shipping, due to not being told by the store employees about the cut off time for next day delivery. She informed me that she was not privy to my conversation with said employees and would not be refunding the $22.95. I asked to speak with someone higher than herself, but was informed by her that she is the highest! I don't see how there is not anyone else above her. She must be the Queen of Shoe Dept. Yes, I am furious. It is the principle of the matter. The employees obviously were not trained properly on the shipping process. I feel that a refund is warranted due to not being told the policy. I otherwise would have waited for ground shipping to receive on the same day that I will be receiving with next day shipping. Shoe Dept. needs to do better training, starting at the top. Ms. Nicky, needs a lot of customer service training. I'm sure she will be the one reading this and will not forward it onto her supervisor because she said she is the highest there. I will be voicing my experience and dissatisfaction with the Shoe Dept every chance I get.

On Saturday 11/12/22 evening I went to the store to buy shoes for me and for my son, when I went to the cashier to pay for my first shoe she didn't ask for my phone number since I'm a member of this store, my second purchase, I ask her to enter my phone number and she wasn't happy with that, the only thing I can say is, she has to treat all customers the same .

The issue Mr*** complained about was a result of arrears that accumulated on his mortgage that he either failed to disclose; or, that were either not fully reported to the Bankruptcy Court by Wells Fargo in accordance with the local Bankruptcy Rules For this reason, I will not be
refunding any money to Mr*** Additionally, in accordance with my fee agreement with Mr***, I have billed him $for the time it required for me to research this matter for himWhen Mr*** came into my office and completed his Bankruptcy Questionnaire on July 21, 2011, he indicated there were no arrears on the *** Court propertyConsistent with this, we prepared a Chapter Plan, which he signed, indicating that there were no arrears on either loans on the *** Court property.On March 14, 2012, Wells Fargo filed Claim indicating there were arrears on the *** Court property in the amount of $ The Trustee's records indicate that these arrears were paid The relevant portions of these documents are attached.On August 12, 2015, the Trustee filed a declaration indicating that the plan had been fully performed Notices were sent to all creditors by the court indicating that they had until September 15, to file an objection to the Trustee's interim/final report Under the circumstances, I question whether Wells Fargo violated the local bankruptcy rules by failing to respond to the Trustee's interim report and later alleging that there were unpaid amounts on your account.Nevertheless, under the circumstances, it is clear to me that I have done my job and under no circumstances will I be refunding any of the fees that Mr*** paid me for his banlcruptcy case, because in my view, they were more than fully earned.I hope this satisfies your inquiry If you require further information, please let me know
