I went for for laser CO2, sat in the waiting room for an hourpatients come in, wait, and go for tx, then leaveI asked 4x about my appointment w no explanation from staffThen he came inMr O started yelling at me when I politely, but firmly asked why he was so lateThen I, the patient, had to calm HIM downThe pain was terrible I got zero results I think MrO'*** decided to do the procedure because he wanted my money I would like my money back And I would like an apology for being threated by MrO'***l and be treated poorly

I was very interested in coolsculpting ever since I saw the commercial on tvI searched for providers close to me and I found Serenity Rejuvenation CenterI was very pleased with the consultation and the doctor was very knowledgeable and friendlyHe made sure I am the right candidate before we started the treatmentThe treatment was smooth, it did hurt a bit the first minutes and after that I was fineI was able to catch up with some of my favorite Netflix seriesI recommend this place

started yelling at me when I politely, but firmly askedwhy he was so late. Then I, the patient, had to calm HIM down. The pain was terrible. Igot zero results. I think Mr. O'[redacted] decided to do the procedure because he wantedmy money. I would like my money back. And I would like an apology for beingthreated by Mr. O'[redacted]l and be treated poorly.Initially, it should be noted that the procedure was performed by Stephen O'[redacted]l, D.O., alicensed physician in the State of Washington. The procedure is a medical procedure and thus variouslaws prevent Dr. O'[redacted]l from releasing what federal law defmes as Protected Health Informationwithout a signed release from the patient. If Ms. [redacted] would sign a release authorizing Dr.O'[redacted]l to discuss her medical record, then additional infmmation could be provided.The procedure Ms. [redacted] references is performed with a 10,600nm wavelength ablative laser.Whenever this procedure is performed there is a full disclosure of the alternative forms of treatment suchas erbium, C02, ablative, nonablative, Fraxel or fractionated C02. Each patient is advised that 1 to 2treatments are performed at least 3 months apart - with a maximum clinical result noted around the 9month mark. In addition all patients are advised that it is recommended on the day of treatment that thepatient consider the use of an antimicrobial, an antiviral, and oral pain medication.In this case, Ms. [redacted] had an initial appointment and a follow up appointment which werewithout any incident. While Ms. [redacted] expressed concern about the results , this procedure requiresseveral months to be effective. Dr. O'[redacted]l believed the procedure had been successful. Nevettheless,an alternative approach was offered without charge, but Ms. [redacted] declined the offer.Ina continuing effort to address Ms. [redacted]'s concerns, Dr. O'[redacted]l offered her a second,repeat procedure without charge (a $2,500 value). Ms. [redacted] arrived on time for the visit andexpected to be seen and treated at the time of her arrival. The procedure is not perfmmed in the mannerMs. [redacted] assumed and she had been advised of the process and timing prior to her arrival. Thespecifics cannot be disclosed without a medical release. Dr. O'[redacted] already had a full schedule andhe was only able to see his patients at the time the various procedures were scheduled to be undertaken.While Ms. [redacted] did have to wait, she was seen at the time that had been planned for the procedure totake place.Ms. [redacted] was upset and agitated believing she should have been seen earlier and she begancomplaining to the receptionist in a loud and abusive manner. Dr. O'[redacted] approached the receptiondesk and asked her not to yell at the staff . She calmed down and the procedure was performed withoutfurther incident. There was never any need for Dr. O'[redacted] to calm down The allegations concerningDr. O'[redacted] are not accurate.
