Stay away from this product (Polylok Flow Controller) and save your moneyI was quite enthusiastic about receiving this product and looking forward to the installation to be able to control the two leach fields associated with my septic tankHowever, when I opened the box I noticed that it seemed like a really cheaply made productIn order to test it, I took a garden hose and put it into the inlet side and noticed that instead of diverting in one direction, some of the water leaked through to the other sideOf course, that is the purpose of the itemThere are supposed to be settings - divert to the right but not the left, divert to the left but not the right, and 50% to each oneAlso unfortunate was that when I called the company, they informed me they would cost me $to return the product which cost $to begin withSo I decided if I could help one or more individuals out there then I would consider that I had done something beneficialIn other words, again, stay away from this product (and probably this company) and save your money

Bought a riser System Kit detect Department told me it would be good as a lifetime after about four months I noticed the screws molded plastic breaking off and then I had a rotated so I sent them an email after a year never got back to me spoke to him today years and they said where you had it two years but I had mine years and I don't have a problem that's horrible customer service looks like a defective product

Septic solutions has bailed me out of a jam several times with advice, and hard to find part kitsThey offer how to videos saving me hundreds of dollarsThey are friendly, know their products, and fast to shipI couldn't be happier

come with a built in gasketWe talked to this customer over the phone and explained to him how he could very easily utilize the sealant we sent with his package for the adapter ring to seal this particular item but he wasn't interested in doing that
In an effort to satisfy this customer and alleviate any misunderstanding he might have had concerning this particular product, we will agree to send him a prepaid UPS label and once we receive the item back we will waive any re-stocking fees and provide this customer with a full refund on the product provided it hasn't been usedWe hope this will resolve this issue to his satisfaction

I am pleased that the company has agreed to my terms, even more pleased that the company has changed the web site description this particular item, only after I had to proceed with this claimI believe that advertisement and accurate descriptions of any product should be a business standard and not having to alter, add on, or reconfigure any product to meet given specificationsThat is considered doing the right thingThe company admitted that the descriptions were copied and pasted from item to item and the customer had to just assume they were accurate or pass the responsibility of the finishing the product themselves
I am proud that my efforts have changed the company in a fashion to understanding that the customer is keeping them striving

It is clearly explained here that there are no pickups or deliveries on weekends or holidays. This order was shipped and overnighted on Monday, the same day we received the order. This customer emailed and expected to get the pump on Sunday, Sept. 27th. This is an unreasonable request knowing that there is no possible way to get deliveries to a customer on Sundays. This order was shipped according to our website shipping details and shipped like any other normal company would ship it. It is unreasonable for the customer to expect a refund for shipping that we already paid for because the order did not arrive on Sunday.
Please consider this case closed.

This customer purchased an item from our website on 12/15/14 and agreed to our return policy online at the time of purchase. The customer also filled out the return merchandise form and sent it back with the item which clearly explained...

the fees that would be charged. I've also attached a copy of that form. As stated in the return policy, the item had to still be in new, unused condition for it to be accepted for return. Even though the item wasn't used, it still had to be re-boxed in a new box so that it can be shipped out again. I've also attached a copy of our shipping receipt showing that we paid $15.25 to ship out the item which is not refundable when the item is returned. It says in the return policy "Any items returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus Septic Solutions' original expenses for shipping and handling charges." This is exactly what was deducted from the customer's refund. There were no hidden fees and this was all clearly explained and agreed to buy the customer both at the time of purchase and at the time of return. A refund was already issued on 12/23/14 for the item returned and in accordance with our return policy.
