I had Chic Flooring remove old carpet, laminate counter tops, kitchen back splash and tile flooring in our newly bought houseChic Flooring was amazing from the first initial call to set an appointment, Yvette was very nice, polite and got us scheduled the next day in their showroomWe were given complimentary design ideas by Elsie & Jeremy to fit our needsWe then scheduled for a free in home estimate where Jeremy came out and measured, he was very knowledgeable and polite throughout the entire time in our homeWe decided to install new carpet, new vinyl plank flooring, granite counter tops, kitchen back splash and paint the entire interior of the house and we were completely amazed by the cost to do this allWe spoke to Jeremy and told him that we wanted to move into this home as soon as possible and how long would this process take, he said roughly about a week and two weeksHe left our home and said he would get with Yvette who handles all the scheduling and would express how soon we wanted to move inYvette called later that afternoon with an update on when the carpet, vinyl, back splash and when it would be here but she expressed that we could start on the painting while waiting for the materials to arrive which was great! We scheduled to start painting on a Friday which took days, started on the vinyl plank flooring on Monday, Granite counter tops on Wednesday, kitchen back splash Thursday & completed the schedule with carpet on FridayChic Flooring kept us informed on a day to day basis and ensured when they would be completed, they beat the initial time frame Jeremy thought it would take and made it priority to get us into our home as soon as possibleI am completely over the moon on how easy this process went and how little I had to do throughout it all and the work looks incredible like a whole different house

We have now received the refund from Camper Online shop in New Jersey and we thus regard the case resolved

Thank you for the rapid response.  I read the attachment that they sent.  Again I was not informed of a fee in any case of if I decided not to live there.  That was on the bottom of the application however a dollar amount was not filled in to what the fee was.  I feel as though I should have been informed of any of these fees or penalties prior to any money exchanges.  This community did not inform me on what amenities that was in the unit when asked, or even if the deposit went through AFTER I paid it.  I had to call them every step of the way.  This is not my first time renting a apartment so I know when everything is not thoroughly completed.  That was the main reason that I decided not to occupy this unit.  If I had of known all of this I would not have even wasted my time.  I just want my money back and for this not to happen to anyone else at this complex as well.

are policy stated on the application at the time they put down the deposit lets everyone know that after 48 hour we do not refund a deposit and as I do not have information on who is putting the complaint in I can not discuss the matter as I am not familiar with who and when this was. if you can...

give us more information we will be happy to answer any other questions but it does give everyone 48 hours to change there mind for them to get a deposit back and they do sign an applications and a move in agreement once they are approved for an apt and give the deposit.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Regards,
[redacted]  i disagree with the builder about the content of the contract.  Prior to them coming back out last week to finish the work, I was able to stand in the barn and see daylight under the walls   The floor of the barn was also not finished as agreed in the contract   When the construction of the building was done, the builder asked me to pay the balance with a promise that they would come. back to finish the ground work.  The ruts in the pasture were created during the building process   The day they created the ruts, Omer called me and told me about them and stated that they would fix them at the end.My advice to anyone choosing to do business with them is to get EVERYTHING in writing - every promise made and detail of agreement.  Also recommend not paying them until everything they promised is done because once you pay them, they have no interest in completing the work and move on to the next job so they can get paid again.

Dear [redacted].   Hoosier Buildings        Response to [redacted] Complaints.                      #1        Our contract states that the customer is responsible to provide access to the building site.     #2       Contract also states that Hoosier Buildings is not responsible for any settling around building or ruts in the yard, so forth.   #3   We had a separate agreement on all dirt work involved stating that,Hoosier Buildings to do all site prep & arena aggregate for amount not to exceed $7500.00.    We received partial payment to cover only the site prep that was done before the structure was built.                                                                                                              They will still owe a payment for the final excavation.                       #4       The building on contract was complete before we received final payment.   #5      We have repaired the ruts in the field as Orner promised, even though we were no under any obligation to make such a promise.   #6       Over the course of several months we had been In contact with the owner of a local trucking company that we had hired to haul the aggregate material for the arena footing.   He was periodically drive to the site to see if he could drive across.                    Hoosier Buildings,on two different  occasions attempted to bring truck loads of aggregate to the site. Both times the truck did not manage to cross the field.   #7     After repeated attempts to cross the field, the customer was asked if she would allow us to use the existing driveway to get the aggregate to the site.      We were told,  if we do use it, we would be responsible for the replacement of the asphalt.    NOTE It is the customers responsibility to provid access to the building site.   Having stated all ofthe above,  We as Hoosier Buildings would like to apologize for any communication problems or any other inconveniences we have caused.  We are in this business to built barns and earn our living, not to cause somebody an inconvenience.                                         ... Thank You
