Just read a review, and cannot believe that the reviewer is talking about the same Dan Banks Dan has done a variety of construction and repair jobs for us, for nearly a decade His work is always well done and finished on schedule at reasonable cost Ii a pleasure to deal with such a personable, low key, responsible individual

Revdex.com complaint # [redacted] purchased a rifle magazine from us in November, 2015.  We packaged the magazine in packaging material, and shipped the magazine to him, securely, in a box, through the US Postal service on November 19, 2015.2 weeks later on November 30th,...

2015 , Mr [redacted] returned the magazine to us.  He simply placed the magazine in a 8 ½ x 11 manila envelope , no padding, and returned the magazine to us.  Unfortunately, because the magazine was not properly packaged  ( no packaging material and no box ), we received the magazine from him, but it was broken into 2 pieces.        See the attached pictures, in the attachment.Because the item was not returned to us, in the same condition ( broken, in pieces ) as it was sold to him ( brand new condition ), there will be no refund on this item.Thank you,[redacted]KY Imports
