This is in reference to a complaint filed By ***We installed a furnace at the *** residence of ***, ***AlbertaWe installed the a furnace and water heater starting on November 20th and
completed the install on the November 24th On November the 30th I received a complaint from Mr***I returned his call and discussed his issues on December 1st ***
In the discussion we talked about the electronic air cleaner, water heater, exhaust pipe leaking and the bulk headI told Mr*** that these issues would be repairedExcluding the bulkhead which I offer a discount one the currant billI also said that if the bulk head pricing was higher we could discuss a further discount to compensate for the bulk head
I mentioned that *** will be calling from my office to arrange a time that would be convenient to perform the repairs*** called on December 2nd to set the scheduleMr*** wanted to wait for the inspector to come and inspect the workMr*** told *** that he would call once the inspection was completeMr* *** never called us to book in a time*** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ***

We have come to an agreement of cost and they have fixed the deficiencies that I notedCase closed

Sept 28, I bought a half duplex with the original furnace, a hot water tank and no water softener Ken from Always Plumbing and Heating provided a clear and precise quote following his detailed walkthrough and the team completed all three installations the same day (september 28), seamlessly and professionallyThe crew (Mike and others) were prompt, polite, immaculately cleaned up the work and did a wonderful job They even unclogged my basement shower head without charge Unlike other companies, they didn't oversell me or make unnecessary recommendations
I would highly recommend this company and will be calling upon them for future plumbing or heating problems
