I went to a this salon three times and everyone was great but I wanted my hair done a certain way and it got darker*** personally called me 6/5/and was very rude and unprofessional she is a narcissisticShe blamed for my color she changed my hair appointment twice and I had to go to another salon to fix it and I told herShe was very rude on the phone doesn't want me to give me a refund for my money she was going in circle and she personally told me we are going in circles I am not givig you a refundThey are suppose to be an upscale salon but I never had that problem with any salon in my lifeThat my hair didn't turn out the color I wanted a refund she called me and declined I PAID FOR A HORRIBLE JOB
