I've been asked for the same information over and over and over. It makes me feel like the important documents I'm sending them are vulnerable and being mishandled. They change up "information needed" everyday. For example they've been having me do all of this paperwork because my husband didnt file taxes 2017 so they said "ok he is a non filer so he just has to do this this and that" so we did everything. Then after my financial aid deadline (mind you it's been of month of sending them paperwork) they finally say, "well he just needs to file, we cant continue without him filing". So all the non flier paperwork was pointless, we could've resolved this a month ago is they just told me he needs to file. Then about 2 weeks ago, after I was so fed up, I called to see why they were asking for the same paperwork over and over, the lady tells me I'm sending the right paperwork but just take the little crinkle out the page (from is being folded in an envelope, barely crinkled) so I did that. Then they still kept asking for it, so I called back. This time I got a new rep and she tells me, "oh, your sending the wrong paperwork" I was so upset and literally about to say just forget school but my husband encouraged me to not give up. So hear I am, 5 weeks in with them and a week past my school's financial aid deadline...still "being processed". No matter how frustrated I've gotten with a company, I've never did a review but I am so beyond any frustration I've ever had with a company. Even worst, I'm supposed to trust this type of company with my vital information.

This organization is the most inefficient program for verification. I have been sending them my W-2 and 1099R information 5 times. I have been waiting 5 months for them to complete the verification process. I am a Military retiree on a fixed income, I am not sure how difficult it is to receive my Tax returns and my W-2 and 1099R but these [removed] are pathetic. one day they say your packet is complete and being sent to the university, the next thing you know, they need your 1099R again. I am going to file complaints with my university as well.

I feel as if my information is being mishandled and not responded to in a timely fashion.I have been sending information back and forth to the school servicing center all summer long and have yet to have my information verified. I have called numerous times and the employees act as if they do not know what is going on. For example, I was asked to send in information about receiving government assistance. I sent this form in on August 9th and waited about a week before I called it to check on it(the website gives a 2-3 day processing wait, but I decided to give them a few extra days). When I call in the lady pulls up my information, supposedly, and then tells me that I need to send in the form that I had already sent in. I respond by telling her that I sent it in over a week ago and her response was "oh, okay , well I'm about to send it up for final review." I want to know how do these employees pull up my information but still can't see that I turned it in? I feel as if my information is being mishandled and I am trying to graduate this coming December. I have fulfilled everything asked of me in a timely manner and I am getting no help in return.Desired SettlementFinish my verification process within a timely manner and also contact my school, which is the University of North Carolina at [redacted] and let them know that they have not been handling my information in a timely manner so that I will not be dropped from my classes come August 25th.

The problem is my [redacted] was sent over to this center I'm guessing for my [redacted]to be verified. They asked for all my parents information to help them verify my [redacted] They've asked for very in-depth type information such as my parents w-2 and the tax return information for 2015. I understand they're trying to take precautions about the money to reward me with, but I feel like after all this information they have received I should at least be rewarded with my federal aid by now. They're asking for too much personal information, and the deadline to receive federal aid is coming up soon.Desired SettlementFor them to please go ahead and verify my [redacted] so I can be awarded and I can go back to college. They've received more than enough validation. It's also stressing my parents out too, they're afraid I might not get any federal aid before the Fall 2016 semester.Business Response A request to verify the [redacted] information for this consumer on behalf of a school client was received by School Servicing Center on April 13, 2016. Based on government verification guidelines, we are required to collect and confirm specific aspects of the data that was provided on the [redacted] form. This often includes collection of detailed tax and W-2 information. We do not collect any data beyond what is required by regulation in order to complete the verification. As a result, unfortunately we are unable to waive any requirements needed to verify the record. We understand that at times this can be frustrating and time consuming. We will work to ensure that the process continues moving as quickly as possible once the required information is submitted.
