The Manager contacted the Customer and scheduled an appointment with her for November 19th at 8:00 a.m.

The customers were aware that they owed the dealership $500.00 plus $376.00 for the first payment.  An...

employee inadvertently deposited their check, however, the dealership advised the customer to pay the amount due on June 30, 2016, and deduct the $35.00 returned check fee.
The dealership also offered the Customer a $200.00 referral fee.  In order to resolve this matter, the Customer should deduct the $200.00 referral fee from the $876.00 due less $35.00, for a total due of $641.00.

The dealership has been trying to resolve this issue via emails and phone calls with the Consumer since July of last year.  The dealership has agreed to pay for the 3,000 miles incurred after the Consumer dropped the vehicle off. However, the Consumer's lease allowed him only 10,000...

miles per year so he was also responsible for 6,000 miles.  The dealership advised the Consumer that they would pay for the 3,000 miles plus the months plus tax and late charges for a total of $1,545.58.  The total bill is in the amount of $2,567.53, with the balance due from Mr. [redacted].  The overage on the miles is $.20 per mile so 6,000 x .20 is $1,200.00 due from Mr. [redacted].The dealership is willing to send Acura a check for $1,545.58, however, they do not want to be responsible for the balance due.

Review: I recently financed a new 2014 Maxima from Sansone Nissan located in Woodbridge NJ. The customer service I received once the deal of the finance for the car was done has been very poor. I received a 20 days temporary tag on the car while awaiting for my registration for the car to be finalized. I was told that my tags would be available to me with in a few days and to come back to the dealership to pick them up. Every day that I call to check I get the run around, no answer or response. Today, my tags expire and I still do not have my new plates. So I have a car that I cannot drive and no answers as to when my plates will be available to me. This is totally unacceptable. I need my vehicle to get back and forth to work and this is putting me in a financial bind as I will be forced to rent a car until my plates are given to me. Also, I brought the car “new”, with only 31 miles on it. They said it was the last on the lot and had to move it to make way for other models. I did not receive any mats, owner manual or second set of keys. Not to mention I was quoted two different prices as to what my monthly payment would be which feels like a bait a switch. I signed papers for one price was allowed to drive the car home and when I came back the next few days to finalize the deal I was told the payments would be almost $70 more than the original payment amount. So here I am a new customer of Nissan, no plates, no second key, no mats, no owners-manual and an increased finance payment. This cannot be how you treat customers!Desired Settlement: I would like my tags, mats , second set of keys and owner's manual.

Response:

The customer initially came into the dealership on July 25. It was determined at that time that he needed a co-signer, who was supposed to come in the following day. However, the co-signer was sick and wasn't able to come to the dealership until July 31st, therefore delaying the finalization of the transaction and the motor vehicle paperwork. When the transaction was finalized the customer was given a WE OWE for the mats, a key, and the Owners Manual. The plates came in on Monday, August 17, and the manual and mats which had been ordered, are also at the dealership. The customer was scheduled to come in on Monday, August 17 to pick up the plates, mats, Owners Manual and to program the key.

Review: Sansone has an agreement with its previous customer's that if you refer a new customer you get a $100 check once they purchase a car. I've referred my sister to this place. She picked up a used nissan versa. So instead of them honoring their word they give me the run around. First the Saleswomen said that I can come and get the check in about 2 weeks. Then the 2 weeks come and no check is availabe. So the manager says that its not 2 weeks but instead its 6 weeks. No mind you the deal has already been funded and Sansone has their money. Yet I still dont have mine. Now its going on 7 weeks and yet still no check. So I call and ask for another manager he expresses to me that its not 6 weeks but its 30 days. Now one can get their story straight. That was yesterday 6/25/14. he advised me to give him a call today and he would have an answer for me as to why I didn't get it yet. Well tomorrow is here and all they are doing is avoiding me and giving every little excuse in the book not to talk to me. Not to mention their nasty receptionist keeps on hanging up the phone on me. This will be my last time referring anyone and shopping at this lot.Desired Settlement: I would like my referral fee. Since I did the right thing by referring a new customer . I believe they should do the same by giving what was promised to me

Review: I traded in My 2010 Mazda Rx8 which I was financing on January 8, 2015 at Sansone Auto Mall for a Lease on 2014 Nissan Juke and as of today February 1, 2015 Sansone Auto Mall has failed to pay off the vehicle with Huntington Bank.

I received a call from Huntington Bank today letting me know that I was 9 days pass due on my payment and that my account would be going into delinquent status as of tomorrow if a payment is not received. They also informed me that my credit would be impacted due to this status. On, January 21, 2015, I noticed that its been 2 weeks after I traded in the car and that when I checked my Huntington Loan, there was no payments that has been submitted. I called Sanson Auto Mall and no on would answer my calls even after I left messages. I called for about 2 days before someone was able to tell me what was going on with the payoff. I informed by financial adviser that did my paper work that a check as cut 2 days ago and mailed out. Based on what I learn today with Huntington Bank obviously that was not the case. I felt like they just told me what I wanted to hear so I wouldn't have to keep calling them to get information about what is going on.

Since getting the new Lease, I had to pay the first month up front at the time of the bill of sale which is completely understandable, but since then I have not gotten any addition information as to how to make any additional payment. Based on the bill of sale my payments must be due but the 8th of each month before I am asset penalty. As of right now I don't have any way of know how I am suppose to submit this next payment which is just a week away. They have not provided me with an invoice, account #, and where the payment is to be sent.

To be honest I am unsure what they are trying to do with me. I feel like they are trying to tarnish my reputation, my credit score, and my livilhood. They are causing me to miss payments on both accounts(Huntington Bank and Nissan) and I feel that my hands are tied.Desired Settlement: What I am asking is not a lot. I just want what I was told to be done. I need Sansone Auto Mall to pay off the 2010 RX8 with Huntington Bank for that amount they original state plus any additional fees and penalties that I might gotten for their untimely manner in completing this sale. Since I haven't gotten the new invoice for the lease, February payment won't be made in time either. Sansone Auto Mall should be held liable for this payment as well. I don't believe that I should have to pay extra when the dealership has handle this sale with me unprofessionally.

Regards,

Review: LOUIS [redacted] of Sansone nissan said he would resolve an issue I had when I purchased a 2014 nissan Rogue back in 12/2013. I turned my 2011 Acura tsx over to them with two months left on the lease. The understanding was that they would turn the car into Acura. But the vehicle was turned in April and with almost 3,000 more miles then when I gave it to Sansone Nissan. I received a bill from Acura for approx. $1,300 in April and LOUIS [redacted] said he would take care of it but that was back July when he said he need access to the Acura account which was done on July 1, 2014 . LOUIS [redacted] said it was paid and would send me a confirmation number which he never did. Now it is in collections for over $2500 due to pen and his excuse was he got my number wrong and couldn’t contact me. That is not a valid excuse when he has my email and my file from when I leased the nissan. Now me and my wife’s credit is being ruined because of his unethical business practices.Desired Settlement: Resolve the finally. Get the collection removed from my credit

Review: This company has taken a deposit of 500 dollars on OCT 18 2014.I was suppose to buy a car from them but later I changed my mind and informed them that I wasnt buying. Then I asked several times to return my 500 dollars back but they simply dont want to do it.They just want to play around and wasting my time since I bought the car from someone else,as if they are taking revenge. They dont answer my call neither the receptionist forward my call to the managers.Note that I wanted to go personally to the place so that they can refund it quickly but they said they dont need me to return the money.Desired Settlement: They should apologizes and credit me the amount asap.
