This was the second time that I had used this particular company for extensive outside painting services at my residence. The first contract was fulfilled with only one revisit required. The second contract, Job #[redacted]-dated 6/13/2013 resulted in no less that one major issue and several smaller items where painting was omitted. The Major issue that occurred was when the painters sprayed/painted over all of the attic vents located in the soffit area under the edge of the roof.There have been several conversations and visits by CertaPro [redacted] but the issues still remain. On each trip back to the property, the CertaPro [redacted] attempted to reduce the number of items to be corrected and on the last visit would not even recognize the issue with the attic vents. These vents should be replaced as most are now over 75% blocked from free air-flow. On the last visit to discuss the issues left at my property, the CertaPro [redacted] stated the two painters that painted my property had been fired! This may be good for the next customer however, this does not resolve my issues.
