Review: Improper repairs were done to the vehicle caused the vehicle to have engine failure. Mechanic stopped answering phone calls. After 2 weeks saw him in person, mechanic was rude and threatened me.Desired Settlement: Mechanic should Repair the damages he have caused to the vehicle and should do it in time.

Review: I had an auto accident I contacted the s&r auto care center to fix my vehicle after a week I decided to remove my car from the shop I was aware I was responsible for the towing fee and storage fee. When I called the owner [redacted] and told him I will no longer be fixing the car at the shop he called one of his repair men to put my car inside on the lift and start removing parts on my vehicle while I was standing there. He made me wait there until he arrived which was about two hours giving me the run around so I wouldn't take my car he then told me that he was going to over charge my insurance company for his fees on working on my car and that the insurance company would pay. When he showed me the bill the car was there for 9 days no work done on the car the bill came up to $837 US dollars. Then he tells me that I have to pay when he just informed me that my insurance company would pay. I called the cops they said there's nothing they can do but contact Revdex.com so here I am. When I went to pay [redacted] owner s&r auto states he doesn't take credit card when the cops ask [redacted] s&r owner states his cc machine is not working forcing me to pay cash when I look at the bill storage fees were $40 a day for 10 days after I realize s&r auto only had my vehicle for 8 days. So he gives me back the difference in the two days which I was shock then he states since I want to be technical about the whole thing he should of charge me application fee of $150 now he was looking for $150 back from me I call the town of Hempstead business and they stated that his shop is only suppose to charge $15 a day storage fee not $40 a day then he charges me $50 to put the car on the lift $50 to bring it down from the lift and $50 to pull out the vehicle s&r auto care has no sign that states how much they charge for storage fee or towing fee thus company by far is one of the worst company's for auto repair or service. I forgot to mention my vehicle a 2008 Nissan maxima [redacted] the owner at s&r auto was ordering junkyard parts for my carDesired Settlement: Refund for the over price charge in storage fees at the rate is supposed to be $15 a day not $40 a day for a total of 9 days my amount $15x9=$135 not his $40x9=$360 difference of $225 please help me Revdex.com
