S & J Recycling, Incorporated

Review: In the past, we used S & J Recycling, Inc. for our tire pick up (recycling). When we wanted their service, we would call for them to come to our business and pick up used tires. On 9-17-14, we received a bill from them stating they were at our business and picked up 15 tires. We did not call and ask them to come on our property and remove any tires. We had used and slightly used tires outside our building. There were 8 tires that we were going to re-sell to customers that wanted used tires, and now that they were "stolen" we are out about $120.00 - $160.00. I called to resolve this issue, and MARISSA told me that they called us weeks ago, didn't know who they talked to, didn't know how many tires that we had there for pick up and by 8:00 a.m. that these tires were destroyed and we couldn't get them back. And...let me add that she told me to "Go to he** b*" Well, that isn't good customer service, is it???Desired Settlement: Amount equal to the tires that were usable and that we were able to sell to customers.
