S & A Paving and Seal Coating

Review: My father in law [redacted] who is 93 years old and lives in [redacted]. Had this company come by last year and solicited him to seal his driveway They charged for 2 trips $1400.00. The owner of the company Scott [redacted] ( S & A Paving and Seal Coating) was contacted and told to stay away from my father -in -law. We just found out this evening that they came back this year and sealed his driveway again and charged $1400.00 for one coating. We tried to stop payment on the check but it was already cashed. I tried to call the phone number on the business card from last year and it is disconnected( 724-797-5192). The receipt my father in law received has no phone number. Tried to find information on the company on line and could not find any listing.Desired Settlement: I want my father in law to get his money back. These people are taking advantage of his age.
