S & A Homes Inc Reviews (71)

As the customer is aware, S&A has been working with the developer to determine the issue of the flooding.  This flooding was caused by an anomaly weather event at this particular property.  All of the testing has shown that all of the drainage has the proper slopes and water is being...

moved as it should and the system is installed properly.  As with any stormwater system that is designed, it may not handle anomaly weather events such as this where there was a substantial amount of rain in a very short period of time.  There was torrential rainfall within a very short period of time.  No system is designed to handle all weather events as evidenced by flooding that occurs during hurricanes or other anomaly weather events.   In events such as this, certain areas of a development may get hit harder than other areas so the effects will be different depending on where homes are located within the community.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Regards,[redacted]

I am sorry, who is Chris D[redacted]?  We have spoke to so many people at S&A I can't keep track and find it hard to believe in response to some as they have never been into our home.  That is one of the main reasons along with us asking since our walk through to have things being fixed and it taking so long on S&A's part.  We have talked to a large number of other people and the all concur that their items have not be fixed in a timely manner.  How is this fair to home owner?1.  My husband is traveling.  I am unsure of who he spoke to at [redacted], but I would suggest that S&A figure it out because that is what we hired them to do.  Regardless the are responsible and we have email after email prior to our one year of the floor needing fixed, so regardless if S&A no longer worked with [redacted], that has nothing to do with us.  Our floor is horrible, we did not buy a used home, we bought brand new.  I would be happy with being reimbursed the additional monies that WE spent on the UPGRADES and having my husband fix or we pay to have someone fix.  I would think that is fair.  There are multiple areas coming up on our first floor.  Truly sad when you walk and can feel that it is not even bonded.  As well, the upstairs hallway pushes down (sinks) when you walk on it.  If you ask Rory, I assure you he will say they did everything they could and we know they did, HOWEVER it is to be brand new and you can fill your skin pinch when walking over that area, which is not up to par with being brand new.   2.  I will talk to my husband in regards to the engineer checking on the floor.  How would he determine this?  What type of test are performed? I would be perfectly happy with being reimbursed our extra expenses on the upgrades of this and having my husband fix this.  You have to realize the ridiculous amount of times S&A Homes has been into our home, it's exhausting to say the least, Rory is a very nice guy, however at this point, I'd prefer that we handle it. 3. You can not rip up the flooring and just tend to those areas.  Per [redacted] and the flooring manufacture ([redacted]) that we have spoke to numerous times, it ALL would need ripped out if there are more than one or two areas.  4.  I am aware our front door is fiberglass.  We have had water issues since construction which I had sent pcitures and emails on numerous occassions dating back to even before moving in.  They even had to rip out our hardwood floor that was ruined, AND being ruined again.  I will take the manufacturers word for it in that the door application that was used on our home is not recommended on porches that do not have a roof covering it.  I am sure it is a cost thing as it is cheaper and S&A seems to cut corners wherever needed to make more profit.... we have learned this through building and the aftermath.  The manufacturer ALSO stated that the door was installed improperly which is why we still have water coming into our home.   Please just be practical.  What homeowner wants the builder coming in a dozen times to "fix/review" the front door when you still have yet to correct it.  All S&A has done was caulked and painted it.  Again this is has been an issue since before we moved in and our door was rotting before our one year.  Who buys a brand new home and their door is rotting.  The manufacturer has been extremely professional and is taking care of our door issue.  BUT our hardwood is warped around the door, AGAIN.    5.  My husband had talked to someone at Atrium, they were actually suppose to come back up and have not.  We had talked to a dealer that sales this window.... they said the installation was probably done wrong..... judging by our front door being installed improperly I would say the chances of that are probably correct.  We do know our Project Manager was rarely here due to health issues (so he told us).  I was here daily and no one from S&A was.  We understand typically the sub contractors are usually the ones with the lowest bid and are rushing through to do things.  Clearly by the number of issues we have had and no PM... this is our story.  6&7.  We had asked Rich about the tile since prior to living here.  This is faulty / shoddy workmanship that has never been corrected.  We have tile in our basement that was to be used in fixing this.  Again, you can't just take out a few tiles, the WHOLE floor is not level and you can see this when looking at it.  AGAIN not BRAND NEW.   "Homeowners maintenance" would not even apply to this.   Again, this whole process has been exhausting but I will not give up.  We are business owners ourselves and would never treat a customer this way.  We have three homes going up in our development of close friends and more to come of people we know.  We even have friends in other areas that ask us how everything went that are building.  We would like to say that S&A did finally do "something" in making this right.  I would be happy with being reimbursed the extra that we spent in flooring upgrades (that ALL need ripped out) and either we hire someone or my husband replaces to our satisfaction.  S&A has tried to come in numerous times to fix things and we either have more issues or the same.  This needs handled yesterday.   Revdex.com:

S&A Homes told us that they would let us know when the door manufacturer was going to come to our home.  They never notified me - the last time I spoke to the Service Manager about this, he told me that they were having trouble having the manufacturer come to our development. Besides, from the testing that was done by S&A homes, the results were inconclusive as to the problem being the door, the paint or the painters, so it may not be the door itself. I would also like to know the specifications that S&A is referring to.  We purchased a new home and that door is not reflective of a new home door - this is the opinion of not only ourselves, but also by the several painters who came to the home, and also by prospective buyers of new homes in our development. The response from S&A Homes mentions "well within acceptable tolerances".  We would like to hear a more specific definition of what these "acceptable tolerances" are, because we will be contacting an independent door manufacturer and we are sure he will ask for this information. Our prior two homes had fiberglass doors which were 37 and 7 years old respectively, and they have not exhibited anywhere near these built-in defects as the fiberglass door on this S&A Home exhibited within just the first year.  We don't know if the defects are due to the door, the paint, or the painter as we  never heard the results of the tests S&A were performing. Our home is not the only door with this problem - there are at least 4 homes with these built in defects.  This needs to be further pursued.Thank you, [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Since my last submission we hired a structural engineer to assess our home and are awaiting the final written report.  As this may take more than the 5 days I have to respond to S&A reply, I will report the findings here and post the actual report once received.First, S&A claimed that multiple home flooded.  This is true, however they leave out key details.  An assessment of the homes that flooded identified specific plumbing issues that were the cause of flooding.  These either were or will be fixed by either the developer or S&A according to statements sent to the home owners.  One house has identified plumbing issues and has flooded multiple times, but since the current owners were not the original owners, S&A refused to repair their flooding issues.  I have spoken with that home owner several times and they are very dissatisfied.  Our house was the only one without an identified plumbing issue and S&A did not further investigation saying basically it is not their fault. The professional engineer we hired disagrees.  There were 3 specific flaw he identified in our home.  First, as I previously reported the swale created by S&A when they built the house next to us is indeed a problem and directs water to out house.  This issue was created by S&A and only partially addressed when we complained.Second, there are two concrete pads that connect to our house foundation installed by S&A... our front entry and the patio.  According to the engineer, when there is heavy rain these pads serve to direct water toward the foundation walls several feet above ground level.  The point of contact between the pads and hose foundation is not sealed.. thus water will enter the house at the top of the foundation and enter the basement.  The engineer stated that this should have been sealed when the house was built.Third, there is no gutter on a 15 foot stretch of roof that results in rain water falling directly onto the foundation on that side of the house.  The engineer say this as an original design flaw that needs repair.  A similar designed house two down has a gutter on this roof, but ours does not.We feel S&A should have showed pride in their work and taken steps to identify these problems themselves.  They did not.  We want S&A to pay for the damage that was done due to their errors in not sealing the house foundation where concrete pads meet it, not putting a gutter on a portion of the roof, and creation of the swale that direction water at our house.  We want S&A to pay for the repair of each of these issues.  And we want S&A to ay for the cost of the engineer $425.  I am happy to pose the official report once received.
Regards,
[redacted]

The outstanding issue right now is, the damaged floor that got repaired does not match the quality of the rest of the part, the color looks different, and certain area is not flat as it should be.
I agree we need to give the company an opportunity to cure, but I've got kids at home, every time there is construction going on, my kids' life is hugely disturbed, including the health concern.  This is why I want to avoid more repairs and constructions, and ask for a refund instead.
I totally respect your arbitration here, if you decided this case is not something Revdex.com covers, I am ok that you close the case, but I cannot say I am satisfied by the outcome.
Maybe what I need is a lawyer instead of Revdex.com in this situation. Appreciate your time anyways.

thanks

S & A Homes has met with the customer at least one time on site since the complaint has been filed and have spoken on the phone at least one time since the complaint has been filed to review the customers concerns. During those meetings, not only were the concerns reviewed but also the contract...

that was signed between the customer and S & A Homes. I personally received an email from the customer on April 24th confirming they have been in contact with our Pittsburgh employees reviewing the items and finalizing any punch list items to be taken care of. At this point, it is my understanding everything is being addressed and move forward to an agreed upon resolution.

We apologize to the customer. Unfortunately, the check request was never processed due to employee turnover.  We will process the check request and the customer should receive the check in the next 7-10 days.

S & A Homes has met with the customer and reviewed all the outstanding items and spent multiple days completing the items the customer wanted repaired. At this point, we believe all those items are now done. In terms of flooring, the customer picked an engineered hardwood which was installed. It...

is not a laminate. This is the product that was paid for and selected. We believe the customer was confused on the differences between the product. In summary, at this point, we believe we are complete at the house. Thanks

On Wed, Jul 20, 2016 at 3:13 PM, [redacted] wrote:Hi [redacted],Per our discussion earlier today here is my response to the 2 complaints. [redacted] – Ms. [redacted] as of today still has not closed on her home so S & A Homes is still the current owner of the house. For the past 3 months, we have been trying to get Ms. [redacted] to close on her home but she has not agreed to do so as she has given us a list of items that she would like corrected or has given us an option of reducing the cost of the house by $20,000 to compensate her for what she believes are differences in the contract vs what is built or deficiencies in the house. Someone from S & A Homes or myself has met with Ms. [redacted] or her realtor at least 10 times in the past to review the progress of construction or review her concerns. S & A Homes believes the house is built to the specifications per the agreement. We have received all our government approvals and are ready to close per the contract. I met with Ms. [redacted] personally in late May at the house with her Realtor to review the outstanding items and agree to do some minor punch work items. At that time I told her that I believe the house, specifications and selections are built to the contract. To no avail as she has not closed and in fact we received a letter from her Realtors attorney outlining what she believes is still outstanding. Our attorney is in the process of responding to the letter. At our meeting in late May, I told her realtor that I would be more than happy to refund her deposit money back and cancel the contract. She has not agree to this either. This offer still stands today. At this point, we will be responding to her realtors attorney in the near future. If you need any other information on either complaint, please let me know. Thanks, Chris S[redacted]S & A Homes Inc.President Housing Division

The flooding was caused by an anomaly rain event.  Several other houses flooded in the development during this rain event and not others- this is no different than when homes flood during hurricanes or other anomaly rain events.  Unfortunately, we cannot be held accountable for items, such as severe weather which are out of our control.  In an effort to put this issue to rest, S&A will offer $500 to the customer to put towards the solution outlined in the invoice.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. To date, the items have not been scheduled nor has anyone from S&A homes reached out to us to schedule the items.  We have been waiting since April 27, 2017 for the roof vent to the replaced above the morning room.  This is completely unacceptable.  We understand the door glass and door handle for the basement door have only been on the schedule since September 29, 2017, but regardless it has been nearly a month with no contact from S&A in regards to scheduling of those items for completion.  And as far as the driveway, we were specifically told during the September 29, 2017 warranty meeting that our driveway was not complete and that it would be given a top coat.  Per George K., he actually contacted three separate asphalt companies that afternoon as was waiting on a call back from one with their first available date to fix and complete our driveway.  As it is currently, the driveway is not level and has several "patch jobs," where they attempted to level out the poor asphalt job that was done initially.  He agreed we were still owed a top coat to fix the issues.  To this date, we never received a call back regarding the availability or scheduling of the asphalt top coat.  This will continue to be an issue until it is resolved to our customer satisfaction.

Regards,
[redacted] the drywall damage was a result of another repair. I was told that a new screen door had been ordered. It was never delivered. Now this joke of a company wants to tell me that I’m not supposed to get anything fixed for another three months. How about just doing what you started and follow through on commitments. Now that they are out of the Pittsburgh market. They honestly don’t care about the customers.

S & A Homes has been at the house numerous times over the past few months and at this point the kitchen island and tile in the shower have been completed to what we believe are the customers satisfaction. A new item has come up regarding their handrail which our warranty manager is reviewing...

with them but otherwise we believe the rest of the items have been completed. Please let me know if this is not the case. Thanks,Chris S[redacted]

[All of our issues haven't been resolved but I am pleased to report that S&A Homes did resolve many of the issues on August 31st.  I am hopeful the remaining issues will be resolved within the next two weeks however, a message sent on September 2nd notifying S&A Homes that a hole has formed and needs filled in due to dirt settling in an area that was excavated on August 31st hasn't even been responded to at this time.  Even now that they have a new contractor in place the response to issues doesn't initially seem much better or faster.]

Want to inform Mr. Chris S[redacted] President of S & A homes the facts and timeline of the purchase of property at [redacted].  THE DELAY HAS BEEN WITH S&A HOMES!!! Please read PDF FILE:  LAWYER LETTER. WOULD NOT LET ME ATTACH 2 ADDITIONAL PDF FILES - PLEASE SEND ME ADDITIONAL REPLY FORM SO I MAY DO SO:   Hand money given July, 2015 Upon first inspection was disappointed to see many problems with sloppy workmanship.  As Rachel sales agent guaranteed they were not Like [redacted] or [redacted] builders, but custom builders and this was not their first rodeo!  Told Project Manager would call be when corrections were made.  Waited 2 ½ months with no call.  [redacted] my realtor called to see about delay.  He was told that there was a new project manager and that the last project manager was no longer with S&A homes.  Waited for call to make appointment with new project manager, that did not come for weeks.  At the time of appointment, it was noted that none of the original punch list was completed!  With the completion of the home more problems arose.  They were so numerous that a S&A employee recorded the glaring problems.  A punch list of approximately 30 items were recorded (see PDF File: PUNCH LIST).  Requested that the punch list be emailed to me & my realtor with the next few days.  When punch list had not been received in 2 weeks we had to call!  The most disturbing problem was a huge hole under kitchen cabinet.  Greg, new Project Manager said it was hot air return.  I asked where register was located and he pointed to a spot approximately 2 feet away.  The large hole for hot air return was located under where the dish washer was to be located.  Contacted [redacted] Township building inspector (who also missed this problem) because of the hazardous condition that would threaten all of the other town homes if the hot air return was under dish washer!  At a future meeting when I mentioned this to Chris, the new project manager angrily replied “were you ready to move in”?  Chris did not respond to his ludicrous statement.  As the project manager he knew I was there to examine workmanship and did not himself realize that this hazardous situation existed?  If he did, would he not have mentioned that the problem would be corrected after pointing it out to me????  What buyer would not be alarmed? Also why should I have to live with a patch job in a $300,000+ home?  Anyone with common sense would question the integrity of the builder because of this hazardous situation and the continuing sloppy workmanship.  Because of this and the growing punch list, I hired a home inspector: Cornerstone Home Inspection, LLC, which was an expense I did not expect in incur with S&A Homes (which had a good reputation).  Contracted to have home inspection approximately 2 ½ months after 2nd punch list was created, expected all the repairs to be done.  Upon entering home for inspection on April 11, workman was present and said he had just started the repairs that morning, 2 ½ months after punch list was created!  At the time he pointed out that the wooden joists or rafters were showing through the plaster in back portion of the Loft area. Also, added that I cut my hand on edge of one door and discovered they were all sharp because they had been over sprayed and need the edges sanded. Again, did not hear from S&A Homes. Asked my realtor why we had not called about the punch list being completed.  My real estate agent was told they were too busy.  My realtor then told me to see Sunday’s paper.  S&A was opening home sites in several communities.  Why would that come before my home that had hand money. Have an initialed contract that states I would be this residence by end of January 2016 (will present in court).  The delays were not on my end but the inferior workmanship and delays in repairs on punch list shows that S&A Homes does not believe “DO IT ONCE AND DO IT WELL”.  Had the workmanship been up to par none of these delays would have been experienced and the continuing delays because of their being “BUSY” elsewhere is not a situation created by me. Finally, met with Mr. Chris S[redacted] and new Project Manager along with Gregg (new Project Manager).  Chris inquired as to what the problems were.  Showed him many items on original punch list that still were not fixed.  Some examples:  staining on steps had spotting, rafters still showing in loft, doors still over sprayed and not sanded, outside railing still not installed.  Explained that every time I came new problems arose.  Then exclaimed at I was facing breakfast room, the whole back wall of breakfast room was bulging as was the area above breakfast room window.  Apparently, drywall was not properly secured! STONE WORK IS TO BE REMOVED AND INSTALLED PROPERLY:  The stone work was sloppily done and improperly installed.  There were large, large areas with mortar splashed over all of the stone work.   What Project Manager would need the buyer to point out this horrible problem and not have had it corrected before my scheduled walk through?  Please see PDF FILE:  HOME INSPECTION,  Page 5 shows several cracked stone and throughout brick work there are places where there is no mortar and places where the mortar is spilling out!  Had a masonry expert (SEE PDF FILE:  [redacted] EXPERT) inspect stone work.  Per his report he is apparently correct see pictures on PDF FILE: PAGE 5 OF HOME INSPECTION REPORT stone is cracking and not installed properly and notes the mortar weeping out of most of the joints!  Stone is to be dry stacked.  He also notes the mortar weeping out of most of the joints and Masonry expert also notes mortar stains on the faces of the stone.  ESTIMATE $14,858.00. PLEASE SEE PDF FILES:  [redacted] STONE & PICTURE MARKED STONE WORK.  This is a home recently sold by S&A homes MLS# [redacted]   This is an example of how the stonework should have been installed, which is verified by [redacted] Masonry (PDF) “STONE WORK IS TO BE DRY STACKED.”  PDF FILE:  HOME INSPECTION, page 4 states that there are open joints on exterior stone veneer which will allow moisture to gather behind causing water damage.  Mr. S[redacted] disagreed with home inspection report and refused to fix grading.   FLASHING:  SEE PDF FILE:  HOME INSPECTION PAGE 5:  M. S[redacted] disagreed to additional flashing and diverter as suggested by home inspection   ROOM SIZE:  Contracted for a 13 X10 room.  Upper bedroom is 8 X10 in most of the bedroom area.  Space is not usable for my intended purposes.  Ideally, would like the room size increased to what contract states.  That is probably unrealistic and S&A Homes will need to reimburse me for lack of square footage.  SEE PDF FILE MARKED:  [redacted]  CLEARLY LIST THE 2 UPPER BEDROOM SIZES AS 13 X 10. CORRECT COUNTER TOP INSTALLED:  Notice on one of my visits that counter top had been installed. Told [redacted], realtor that it was NOT the one I chose.  Shared this information with new Project Manager.  Next visit for home inspection with other part of realtor team, [redacted] (will testify in court that the counter top chosen had large spots of brown that matched kitchen cabinets – we were both so proud of our choice) she noticed the counter and said that is NOT the counter you and I chose!  Rachel sales rep was there and noticed her with her phone, about ½ hour later she showed me a picture and said this is the counter top you ordered…I had it on file.  Had my real estate agent call for picture with date and never received a response!  When meeting with Mr. S[redacted] I mentioned this deceit perpetrated by one of his sales reps. Requested going to the model home where samples of available material were kept for customer choices.  Project Manager stated that home site was no longer open.  When asked what other site had samples available, project manager said no sites were available.  Why the cover up???!! WIDEN WALK WAY TO AVOID METAL UTILITY LID:   Handicapped as is my brother in law & there is a metal utility lid in middle of walkway near septs.  Produces a huge safety hazard in bad weather especially for the handicapped.  It is sunk into the cement and produces a concave surface where water and ice can form.  Metal freezes faster than cement.  Mr. Chris S[redacted]’s suggestion was to punch holes in the surface???  This is not a remedy that the Pittsburgh Area Accessibility Meet Up (represent handicapped) would accept. RAMP TO HOME:  Since steps were not part of contract want ramp installed to home. (SEE PDF FILE: [redacted].  Was told by Rachel sales rep for S&A homes that it would be level entry as shown in picture.  Handicapped and that was important to me.  NOT AS REPRESENTED IN PICTURE OR BY SALES REP., RACHEL.   DRYWALL REMOVED IN LOFT:  Do not want a patch job on a $300,000+ home.  As stated by a worker this will only make the problem worse.  Again if done properly would not have this situation.  Want dry wall removed and plastered.  Mr. S[redacted] refused to do anything but patch…unacceptable. At the conclusion of our meeting, Mr. S[redacted] asked how these issues could be resolved? Answered with the cosmetic repairs on punch list finally completed and the NEW issues with the walls in the breakfast room repaired and monetary compensation we could resolve this deal and have closing.  Told him my realtor would contact him later that day.  Mr. S[redacted] said after thinking it over would need to take the house “AS IS”.  He did agree to FINALLY complete punch list.  He would not agree to repair any of the glaring problems listed above.  Mr. [redacted] will testify in court that Mr. S[redacted] stated “She will never be satisfied.   My question to Mr. S[redacted] is:  Would he or any other normal person be satisfied with the sloppy workmanship in a $331,000.00 home with all the problems he is refusing to remedy??? BASEMENT AND FOUNDATION GUARANTEE:  At our one and only meeting, Mr. S[redacted] guaranteed the foundation.  Concerned because of the extensive cracking of basement floor. Believe the cracking was caused by pools of water setting in basement shortly after the cement was poured and did not have time to “cure”  Want a 10 year guarantee IN CONCLUSION:  Mr. Chris S[redacted] is a man who apparently a handshake means nothing. S&A Homes received letter from my realtors on JUNE 26, 2016 (SEE PDF FILE MARKED LAWYER’S LETTER) S&A homes was informed in letter to please reply with n 30 days.  It is now August 5th and we have not heard from S&A’s legal department!  Of course I visited the site 10 times, the workmanship or lack of demanded my presence. My brother in law was to move into my home.  Because of the delays he has been residing at [redacted] a nursing home in [redacted]  The expense has been a hardship to my family at approximately $250.00 per day!  All because S&A homes did not do the quality work they promised, nor complete punch list in a timely manner, or have a project manager who examined the work.  Rumor is that S&A homes who claim to be a custom builder used Maronda workers (would never purchase a Maronda home because of their poor reputation) because they were building in the same Centennial Plan.  Just as Chris S[redacted], president of S&A homes was too busy to complete my home PROPERLY, he was too busy to answer emails and phone calls from Revdex.com.     Should have been in my home by end of January, 2016 (paperwork will be available for court) the hardship is unmeasurable, both financially and emotionally. Every time I visit my brother in law he inquires: “Is the home ready yet?” Every time the answer is NO, he shakes his head and cries.  Want this home because it is situated near both my brother in laws doctors and my doctors and provides us with separate living space.  Pleading with S&A homes to do the right thing…which should have been done from the very beginning.     Quality home with quality workmanship.      Although $331,000.00 might not be a fortune for a home, it is most of my savings.  Want to do the right thing and take care of my brother in law (with some outside help), which would be less of an expense to the family. Want to end this transaction on a high note and hope S&A homes can meet the challenge.  HAVE SUFFICIENTLY PROVEN THAT ANY DELAYS WERE CAUSED BY S&A HOMES AND CAUSED A MONETARY AND EMOTIONAL UPHEAVEAL FOR MY FAMILY AND MYSELF.  ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  Chris S[redacted] told my realtor, [redacted] that he would be called when the punch list was finally completed and the additional problems with the walls in the breakfast room were repaired.  No phone call was ever received and that is why Mr. [redacted]’s lawyer sent a letter (see PDF FILE:  LAWYER’S LETTER) to S&A Homes.  Again, S&A received June 26 and as of August 5th no response Revdex.com: PLEASE EXAMINE PICTURES AND PDF FILES.  THANK YOU FOR THIS FORUM  Regards,

Our compliant remains the same.  The work to be completed as been started but to date nothing has been completed nor has a completion date been provided.  S&A continues to ignore the root of our compliant which is their failure to comply with the agreement (attached to previous response).  We are requesting the work to be completed and the escrow funds to be returned to us.

I appreciate our meeting and would like to share some information with you . I talk to and installer that felt we could repair the hump in the floor by not using any strong glues. We would remove approximately 12 pieces of hardwood and level the sub floor then install the new floor but staple them in place . We can go into detail on how it would be done, how long it would take and the warranty we will provide. At this time he would look at the light pieces in the repair area.

I would like to make this repair as easy and as chemical free as possible.

Please give me your comments

Thanks
