Replaced a fuel pump in my navigator , told us that is was trouble to replace us and had to charge us more for itAlso claimed to use only ford parts, months later the fuel pump fails againThe first time they charged us over 1200$ for the serviceWe had someone else look the second time and to get it replaced was less than$This place takes advantage of people and shoule be closed

The days was the time frame given for the window order to ship from Marvin, but regardless, windows are here and installed and look great When discussing weatherstripping, I was unsettled that the window was white with black weather stripping, [redacted] came today 5/and finished it offLooks great (it was purely an aesthetic decision.) Cleaning off the stain was completed, and we just need to do the post install wash Still waiting on the screens...Andy informed me that he doesn't know when they will be coming in (5/17/2014), but knows [redacted] ordered them when he came to drop them off in the 1st place (approx 5/7) Thank you, the windows look great
