On March , , I submitted a repair slip to RPS reality in Bakersfield about multiple issues with the apartment my boyfriend and I live inWe were at the apartment for a week , exactly Days , when I put in the request for the black mold situation in the kitchen , and bathroom I also put in the request for the side door to be replaced as it is cracked , and has SEVERE water damage , as well as a faulty dead bolt lock , and no door seal I had put in minor issue requests as well , the kitchen has a leak under the sink , and there was a rodent problem from the previous Tenents
Paid rent and deposit for an apartment that is not move in ready at allSeeking a full refund for that and also for the horrible customer service

I moved out of the property at 17th st #** ***, CA on November 1, I called and spoke to *** the front desk receptionist and she told me she would contact me back about the refund for my $deposit and to allow daysafter giving the property managment days, I went to office and the other front desk receptionist had no idea what to do, and could not give me no information about my refund of my depositEverytime I call it rings and no one answers, I cannot find any corporate contact informationI want my deposit refund that I am owed, I moved out in time and the property required minimal repairsI HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO REACH RPS TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE
