No after Sales Support. It is just a few months and I start seeing the issue, unit not working properly. Made numerous calls. But no response.

Very disappointed. Would not recommend to anyone.
Provide the service, take a look at the unit installed. Provide the receipt and warranty documents.
Our new water filtration system is not working and I have been calling for several weeks. Donnie has not taken or returned my calls.
Donnie's company has taken care of the church's water system for several years. We have had bad quality water for years at our church. I recently came here as pastor and have tried working with Donnie to resolve the issue. We recently purchased (on December 18, 2017) from Royal Water, a new water purification system for our well at a cost of $2,400.44. A few weeks after installation, I noticed our water quality was terrible again. I checked the salt bin and chemical tank and they were both empty. I was told these would last for several months (8+). I have called Donnie several times since this was discovered in early January. I also called on Feb 6th, 26th, & April 3rd, yet I have heard nothing from him. I have put salt in the system, but it only lasts for a few days, and the salt tank is empty.I feel like he took our money and sold us something we do not need, then abandoned us. I had another contractor take a quick look at the system and he reported to me that the piping is incorrect and we are loosing all the filtered water on our outdoor plants via our irrigation system. I need help immediately so we can have safe drinking water. We cannot afford to waste $2400+ on Royal Water, then have to spend double that elsewhere getting the system fixed properly.
I either need the current system repaired and working properly, or a full refund on the new system we purchased.

We changed our business number it's 352 451 0444 are existing numbers could not be ported over give us a call and we will certainly come out and fix the issues you may be having sorry about the delays as we had some issues on the business side of things I was not aware of a separate irrigation system being on the filtered water side

Their response is for me to call another number. I have heard this excuse about them having to get a new number twice before in the last year. Each time I've been told this, I call the next new number and still have to wait days or weeks for a return call. I did call this new number, left a voicemail, but have not received a return call yet. As a paying customer, I should not have to work so hard to get a working number.
I have used Donnie with Royal Water of Central Florida for several years and have been very satisfied with his service of my water treatment system. Will continue to use and would highly recommend
Our well water is rusty and hard--it's really terrible. Donnie installed a new system that uses air to remove the rust and an efficient salt unit to soften. He always answers phone calls and fixes problems quickly and correctly. Our water has gone from common (the worst) to Royal (the best)!
