I am rejecting this response because: As you can see in my photos they damaged the retaining wallWe didn’t check their measurments with the estimate but you can see the way the tar was drawn out to go down along the apron and come back up to the rocks that it didn’tPlease let me know if you didn’t receive photos and two versions of the estimateI can talk this thru with you over he phoneLet me know what works.?

All work was completed per signed contract. The contract was dated 9/8/and was for installation of commercial grade Asphalt with an approximate square footage of 3,Square feet. The total installed asphalt area was actually 4,Sq.Ftthe customer was only invoiced for the 3,Sq.Ftand the original price of $6,was paid in full at the time of installation, 03NOVThe area in question per the customer signed contract which included dimensions had a width of 18-feet which was from the corner of the pole barn concrete apron, the actual installed width at this location was 19-feet/9-inches. There was no damage to the customer installed River Rock Wall and the gravel that rolled over the edge at the time of final grading prior to asphalt installation was the base material that was originally in this locationAfter installation the customer stated that she "expected" the asphalt to extend to the edge of the rock wall that is lower than the asphalt, this is not common industry practice as washout is likely to occur, additionally the customer signed contract which included dimensions did not extend to the rock wall. Discussions with the customer was that they expected the additional asphalt to be installed at no charge for this additional square footage, a price was discussed but no formal estimate was requested

Customer signed a contract per the dimensions contained within the attached file which was for 3,SqFeet.? The actual installed square footage installed was 3,which was Square Feet more than the contract.? The customer was invoiced for the original contract price of $6,which was paid in full.?
