The reply from Beau Jardin apartment is meaningless since they did not answer the questions1) They did not confirm I have returned the key2) They are charging the key twiceI have paid my deposit of $50, and as they have said, they put the charge on my bill again after I return the apartmentThey asked me to pay another $for the keyFrom their reply, it seems that they confirmed this fact

First, I would like to apologize that I misread the bill that have already included my deposit of $50 for the gym key. But still, the fact that I have returned the gym key does not change. The gym were once burnt down, and I was unable to access to the service. I returned the key to the office with the promise to have my deposit back. They simply denied at the time I moved out. This is completely unacceptable.

To Whom it may concern,
The [redacted] Apartments had a swipe card system for several years and did allow the purchase of second swipe card. The fee for such card was $35.00. We decided to integrate a key fob system in January 2016 and at that time decided...
that we would only allow one key fob per leaseholder. Mr. [redacted] returned his swipe cards when he picked up his key fob and we prorated the use of his second swipe card and refunded him $23.32 for the time that was left in his current lease. Given that we carge a fee, we didn't have to refund any money to the claimant but chose to do so since we integrated a new system and the one fob per leaseholder rule. Please contact the office at 765-463-4663 or via emai at [email protected] with any questions.
