I am rejecting this response because: evidence proves that the Roto-rooter plumbers did not remove the toilet as they imply. Upon *** finding the problem and letting us know that the toilet showed no indication of being removed recently I told them that Roto Rooter had asked to remove the toilet. The teacher whose classroom the toilet is in said "they never took the toilet off. I was here watching them the entire time to keep kids away and they never removed the toilet. Besides, that toy *** *** found after removing the toilet has been missing for at least a year!" I asked her, "They did not remove the toilet." Again she stated that they had not. Not to mention that the plumbers from Roto Rooter insisted the toilet was broken and that a new one needed to be purchased. The plumbers from *** *** doubted we needed a new toilet before they even removed the toilet and found the toy. Since *** removed the toilet and found the toy the toilet has been working fine. I feel my company is owed a at least half of the total paid to Roto Rooter as all evidence points to Roto Rooter doing half a job. Half of the total amount would be "$
