I was charged 150$ by this franchise company and the issue was not resolved (or even HELPED) !
The serviceman came out, used his device in my basement cleanout pipe for an hour (while making overly strange noises). He then told me that he could not fix the clog and that I would need to have a sewer cleanout pipe installed outside in my yard for alot of $$$. He told me that he could contact people to do that if I agreed - which I did at the time because I didn't know what else to do. He said people would call me (in which they never did).
He charged me 150$ and left without giving me a receipt of any kind. I assumed that maybe he would mail it to me but that never happened. Oh but I see the check was cashed though... but no receipt.
So basically I was charged 150$ for him to NOT fix the problem, give me a bunk prognosis that would require thousands of dollars, he left a huge mess that took me awhile to clean up!
After he left, I researched this company more and found out that they have a bad habit of doing this to people! Charging money just to come out and tell you that you need to spend MORE money so they can try to upsell the outside cleanout drain! There are even class action lawsuits that have happened with this company because of this!
I ended up calling a local plumber who fixed the issue & did a great job. Wish I wouldve called the local plumber FIRST!

I would like to first address the issue of the situation that was held at this woman's home. I gave a 100 percent effort to save the sewer. The noises the customer stated that she heard was me working as hard as physically possible to clear the sewer. At the beginning of the job she told me that she had been dealing with a blocked sewer for over a one month period. My reviews on Google, Social Media, or any other avenues have been superior. I have 41 years plus experience. On the issue of her saying she saw reviews of my business practices, being that, I have a bad habit doing this to people is completely false. I am pretty sure that the reviews she read were not mine but from a similar named company named Mr. Rooter. People seem to mix the two quite often due to the resemblance in the name. Please feel free to check my reviews on social media. I wished the customer would have told me that she was not satisfied with my effort when she was standing there when I was telling her what she needed to do to correct the problem. Enclosed the check is in the mail! She will be refunded. If there is anything to the customer to gain from this experience, my advice is do not use the sewer for a month when it is not working.

Pat Kinsella saved us thousands of dollars Friday and did the job right! He made it a priority to come out Friday due to a long term issue that did NOT need what was listed in an estimate from someone else. He was able to show us how he fixed this drain for our washing machine and even demonstrated how he knew it his work was correct! Before we could never do much laundry and had to clean up quite a bit of water with papertowels after EVERY load. Thank you Pat!
