This company is threateningThey call and leave a message that is vague, about an account that needs to be handled, and is a private matterthey then tell you that if you do not call before "said" time that you will have LOTS more problemsThey called me several times a week leaving threatening voicemail's and has now moved on to calling my husband about this PRIVATE matterThis is unacceptable and has to be listed as harassment

Faxed Mr *** copy of the bankruptcy discharge directly from the credit reporting site
Mr*** then unlawfully refused to remove a matter included in a discharged bankruptcy and therefore no longer able to be listed as can active collection matter and should be removed
Told me to 'file a dispute, good luck!'
