Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Hello, Roomster.com sent me an email on April [redacted] stating that they were going to give me full refund of $and that the credit will show up in my credit card account "within business day" Today is April [redacted] and I still have NOT received any credit on my credit card! So my complaint has NOT been resolved as of today I do not know what else to do at this point I've already wasted enough time trying to get back a lousy $24.95, but it's the principle of thing This scam of a company shouldn't be allowed to operate in the USA or anywhere else for that matter Can you help me resolve this matter? To Whom It May Concern: We received a Revdex.com customer complaint letter from [redacted] We state on Customer Receipt and Helpdesk message, that customer may cancel the subscription at anytime, even right after the purchase to prevent any future billing and we have instructions how to cancel the subscription She has canceled her subscription after scheduled renewal took place Account representative has explained, that all charges were authorized and provided all the information [redacted] As a courtesy to her we have issued her a pro-rated refund of the last transactionThis process can take a couple of business days We consider this matter is closed

Roomster is a scam for moneyThey advertise that this site is free to use, but this is falseI put my apartment on Roomster, and when I received messages from other users about it, I was then notified that in order to read my messages, I have to pay a feeSecondly, I have been getting texts from who I think are representatives for the company, urging me to sign up for the site, falsely claiming that they are people in need of housingLastly, their customer service is horrendous and rudeI have never been so disappointed in a website in my whole lifeDo not use this service

To Whom It May Concern: We received a Revdex.com customer complaint letter from user [redacted] [redacted] used our service and contacted us only after her subscription endedWe state on the billing history page when her subscription is being renewed, so that she can end her subscription before a new billing cycle beginsShe were required to check off on the terms of use TWICE in order to create an account with usThe subscription policy is stated on all these pages: Terms of use Credit card page The subscription tab on account page FAQ page Paypal made her sign off on this as well and sent her and email confirming this with instructions on how to cancel and sent an email for every renewal But to provide a great customer service as a courtesy we have issued refund on the last transaction We consider this matter is closed and waste of Revdex.com's timeTell us why here

this is a review for roomster corp I signed up for a day trial only for before the days was up they had taken out of my account as wellclaiming I signed up for a 'subscription'i did not do sothey stole my money from methere is no customer service number to call to speak to an actual personi emailed them and got a very rude response (seemed even automated) saying they would report me to creditors and my bank if I didn't pay the amount owedit was already paid! they took it out of my account without my permission! this is not a real company and they provided no real servicei did not find a roommate, nor did I even have one legitimate connection in finding a roommatei have now spent approximately $for nothingi work for minimum wage! I am so upset and feel so violated by this 'company'it is simply a scam and should be put out of business immediately

Finally!! after all of this you tell us that the account was in your daughter's name!!! Why not start with that? We have found account # [redacted] under the name [redacted] using email address " [redacted] " the account was created 8:56:AM from ip address cpe- [redacted] she logged in and deleted her account on 5:50:AM why didn't she just contact us from our 24/customer service Help desk?So all billing has ended and the account was deleted by her on 5:50:AM from ip addres* [redacted] ok?

[redacted] is using [redacted] to post ads for rooms as if an individual is posting the ad If you reply to the room ad, a response asking you to sign up for a paid website is generated Ads should specify that this is a link to a roommate referral system It is deceptive to post an ad as if an individual posted the ad with the intent to solicit business for a paid website
