My cable connection behind the couch in the 3rd floor master bedroom was knocked loose and affected my cable service to the main TV on the second floor as well Comcast had to come out and trouble shoot to restore my service 2.) The carpet behind the doors did not seem to be cleaned and I KNOW the back of the 2nd floor couch was not cleaned 3.) Because of this carelessness and the carelessness that prompted the initial complaint, I chose to have the carpets cleaned again by another company that used the water extraction method They said there was a lot of soap left in the carpets I hardly think I am being unreasonable In years of hiring contractors I have never felt the need to involve the Revdex.com Thank you for your assistance Regards, [redacted]

Review: I hired this business from ads on coupons received in the mail, showing a shiny truck and smiling crew. I should have heeded the red flag when he showed up in a private vehicle with a large rug shampooer in the back seat. Big mistake. After shampooing my light beige carpets, he moved all the small furniture up on the beds (or put protective pads under the feet) EXCEPT for an antique rocker. When I went to open up the rooms and put them back in order hours later, I discovered two orange stains, 3" by 7", under the rockers... This is unacceptable from a "professional" rug cleaner. He offered to come back to remove them but first instructed me to use dish washing liquid and a scrub brush and "it will come right up". After scrubbing to no avail I called him back to say it didn't work and he insinuated it would have if I had done it right. I scheduled his return but he was not able to remove it, just lightened it up. In his mind, the rockers from being rocked, would not have anything on the bottoms and would be safe to put down. WRONG. This is STAIN in my carpet. So after 4+ years since I had this carpet put down and umpteen cat accidents of all sorts that I have been able to remove, my stain-free carpet is stained from the person I hired to clean it !! UNBELIEVABLE and UNACCEPTABLE. There was no offer on his part to reimburse me for all or any portion of the amount I paid him and that is why I am writing this today.Desired Settlement: All or a portion of the $165 I paid this man returned to me. I now question the quality of his work overall, and am considering hiring someone else, so I know the rugs are properly cleaned. If this unfortunate staining hadn't occurred, I would just say "you get what you pay for". But why should I pay someone to stain my rugs in the process of cleaning them ?? I am trying not to be too upset over this but I feel like a fool for trying to save some money.
