Roadway Moving and Storage

After a full week of going back and forth, they inform me they don't even have my move date available. Waste of time.
And so the owner, Ross, decides to respond on yelp instead of calling me and having a conversation so here goes...
Yes, I had initially sent a yelp request for the 1st of December as a move date and requested an in home estimate for November 27. I was asked to send a detailed list of items to be moved- which yet again, I wasted my time putting together. After never hearing back, I called and spoke to one of two girls that I was transferred to repeatedly, and made her aware of the change of my moving date. Never being told the date was not available. Not until I called on Monday November 26th - several times being transferred, was I told it was a no go.
