As a previous employee the unprofessionalism of the shop and the shop employees are obseinly horrible. 5 hours for 4 tires and a alignment is not justifiable in any means. Im sure if the owner of this came here me and him will have a lovely conversation about the rivers ave store

They are not custoner friendly AT ALL!!!!

Rent-N-Roll is the worst place I've ever been to to get tires put on a car. They were just disrespectful they didn't care and they had no remorse on whether you had to be at work at a certain time or not. After going to the place numerous times a week, week after week getting tires balanced over and over after people putting more and more weights on the rims, I finally came to a conclusion that they are never going to get it right. A broken stud and lug, cross threading a bolt for stud it caused a stud to be broke off. They put the wrong size tires on there the first time and then wanted me to use low profile tires the second time with the low profile made the tires ride hard,sensor was loose and bent the rim,and they want more money for a new tire ,but the rim that is paid for we r st out of luck, they suck never go to them they are just as bad as Rent-A-Center if we all remember!!!!!!!!!

The manager was rude and sarcastic. He also wouldn't let me voice my issue I had with the way they contact customers. The problem has been happening since my mother has become a customer. I addressed the issue because she's sick & doesn't have the strength. On June 14th, 2014 at 1:36 pm, I contacted RnR to ask them to stop disguising their number as other numbers just to harass my mother. Somehow, they've called from numbers that look like numbers of family members & when we answer those calls, it's someone from their store being rude. 2 days ago, we counted 48 missed calls literally back to back. On today, I spoke with[redacted] had a terrible attitude, wouldn't let me talk, and kept saying I was mad even though I wasn't. He lied and said they text their customers instead of calling. I kindly let him know my mom didn't receive one text since she's been a customer. He blew up & told me to never call the store again. All I wanted to do was speak to someone who would actually listen because I was going to say the harassing calls were unnecessary.Desired SettlementMy mother & I want them to stop with the repetitive calls and extremely rude attitudes. As far as [redacted] is concerned, I feel like he should be suspended because I'd hate for their business to suffer if he talks that way to all of his customers who have an issue.Business Response To Whom It May Concern, My name is [redacted],I am the Regional Manager for [redacted] N [redacted]. This complaint was logged in reference to our customer in Jackson TN,Ms.[redacted]. The person who logged this complaint is not on the rental agreement for Ms.[redacted],therefore we are unable to communicate with her in regards to payments on this account. I can tell you that [redacted] is extremely past due on her account and that we are making attempts to collect either the money to pay for our merchandise or our merchandise itself needs to be returned to us. She is well passed repossession status, so it is a serious offense to steal merchandise from a business. I can tell you that we do not harass anybody for payments. We adhere strictly to uniform codes of our industry and the law. We do not call that many times in a row,nor do we disguise our business telephone number. We have a 6 line phone sytem so we call from several different numbers when attempting to collect on an account this past due. Ms.[redacted] has not been sick enough to not be at work as we have contacted her there several times in the past few weeks. She refuses to pay or return our merchandise. I am not sure where this individual got involved in this but unfortunately unless she is willing to pay or return the merchandise,we cannot cease collection attempts. My complaint with manager [redacted].harressing phone calls back to back . calling my mother for payment my mother is sick iwas late on my last payment due to death in family informed mark about still I payed within the month informed him I would pay this month late gave him the date of the 28th.and that I would pay late fees I'm close to paying them off and he stated in so many words he want the tires back informed him I payed to much to give them back my impression was I'm buying the tires and rims not to be harressed .for them.Desired SettlementRefund the money I payed or mark job he not professional and donot no how to talk to customers very us professional .Business Response To Whom It May Concern, We are a rent to own business. We do not do credit checks on customers that are getting merchandise from us. We ask instead that they provide 6 references that we may contact in the event the customer fails to pay in a timely manner. To date, [redacted] is 48 days past due and we have permission from him in writing to contact any reference that he furnishes us. He gave us his mother's information as a reference. We are not in the business of harassing customers. We are in the business of collecting money that we are owed. We have filed both criminal and civil charges on [redacted]. We have all paperwork on file if you need it provided. I have personally tried contacting Mr.[redacted] and he refuses to return my calls so that we can work out a payment arrangement. I called the store about a tire I bought under two months ago. The assistant manager was rude and refused to let me speak to his superiorI purchased 2 tire approximatey two months ago and call the store about the tire. Also I have taken my car back twice over the tire and they have serviced the tire. The belt busted in the tire and I called the store about it and spoke to [redacted] about it. He told me he's been dealing with tires for over 10 years and there's no way they're tires are defective. I asked to speak to the manager over him and he refused. Also I was told if I didn't like it to take it to court. I happen to know the workers on a personal level. I took my car to 2 other tire shops and they all said its a manufacture warranty they should just replace the tire.Also I was told that since I paid cash there's no warranty Desired SettlementI would want the tire replaced but the way I was treated I just like a refund since the tire hasn't lasted 2 monthsBusiness Response To Whom It May Concern, [redacted] is the brother of the individual he is filing this claim on. We sold Mr.[redacted] 2 tires at a discounted rate because he is related to the employee. We sold them with the understanding that because they were discounted,he would have no road hazard warranty with us. Mr.[redacted] signed a document relieving our business of all liability. He damaged the tires that he bought cash with no warranty,therefore he is entitled to nothing. I have called Mr.[redacted] several times and have yet to receive a call back. I have all signed paperwork showing we are not responsible for his loss that I can provide to you should you need it.[redacted]District ManagerRNR Custom Wheels
