We used RJI to fix our hail damaged roof and paint our house. They did excellent work. The roof looks great, the paint job looks beautiful, and the place was left spotless. RJI handled all of the insurance paperwork and made the whole process easy.

My roof and gutter replacement experience was far from professional. I encountered lack of attention to detail, incorrect material used and poor billing practices.

My husband and I spent a year working with a scammy roofer (do not do work with Roofing Authority based out of Denver!) who took our $5k deposit and ran! After getting recommendations from neighbors in the area, I reached out to RJI and boy did they come to the rescue! We were under a tight deadline before our insurance would refuse to cover for the hail damage done to our house 2 years prior. They had their attorney attempt to help us get our deposit back but the original roofer basically disappeared. RJO then worked with us on pricing so to make up that for the fact that we lost our original deposit and then did the work quickly, before our deadline. They were professional, fast, helpful and a pleasure to work with! I wish I could give this company a 10 star review! Don't hesitate, hire them now!

I am speaking on behalf on my Mother Grace *** and I am handling the claim for hail damage that occurred on her property in Greeley, Co. We hired RJI Professionals to handle all the sub contractors to do the repairs. We have had quite a bit of problems with them from the start. The damage date is July 29th 2018 and they approached my Mom to try and get the job right away. They were working the area due to the severity of the storm. I found out in Nov. that they were having trouble with our insurance company Colorado Farm Bureau and I got in touch with them to get to the bottom of the issues. I found out that there were delays on both sides, the insurance company and also RJI. I was able to get all of the repairs approved in early Nov. and the repairs started on Jan 23rd. 2019 I was upset about the delay because we had wonderful weather until the night of Jan 23rd. They installed the roof on that day. They assured me that they would clean up really well such as debris and nails due to the fact that we have 3 dogs. Since it snowed the night after the install they used the excuse that they couldn't clean up due to the snow and that they would come back to do so. They have been out many times for other repairs and still have never cleaned up the nails. My 80 year old mom and myself had to do all the cleanup. I did have some issues with the roof and they have since corrected those problems and now the roof passes inspection. I have caught them in many lies regarding what was scheduled and when. Champion patio needed to do repairs to the enclosed sun room and RJI told me that they couldn't get the work started right after the roof because they were so busy. I talked to the production team at Champion & they told me that Andy called them at the last minute to get them to put a rush job on the work and that was when I found out they never scheduled the repairs with Champion until March and they gave Champion 1/2 the money down on Feb 12th. So that was one of many lies. RJI submitted a estimate from American Garage Doors and that estimate was approved by my insurance company. Those doors were to be either Raynor Doors or a replacement door close to the standard of Raynor Doors. Come to find out they could have had the measurements for the doors done back in December and they never did until Feb. That was another delay. When American arrived to do the work they said they didn't have all the materials and they had to leave and come another day. They finally installed the larger door of a 3 stall garage. Then they said they would have to come back they still didn't have all the materials. When they came back to install the smaller door my Mom noticed some issues with the doors and she called me at work and put the installer on the phone. I told him to leave the smaller garage door there so I could compare and get a good look at it. I went to her house to inspect the doors and the wind was bowing and the noise was horrible and it was difficult to even stay out in the garage. The smaller door is lacking the brace at the top so that will break out eventually. The door opener on the larger door is installed in the wrong position, the insulation on the inside of both doors is all dented (too many to count) to the point that they look used or preowned. Every single panel has dents on the inside. The larger door is curved up on one side and they tried to blame that on the concrete and we know that the concrete is not sagging and it is level. The Doors are not positioned properly and you can daylight around the edges. The larger door makes noises when opening and shutting that sounds as if it will fall off the tracks. The installer did not install the seals around the doors on the outside. At the point that he told my Mom that he was done with the install the seals still were not installed so he had no intentions on installing them. I told him on the phone not to bother because she had wooden seals and he brought plastic trim with seals attached. One month ago I had Mark from RJI and the sales rep with American Garage Doors and Zach from Colorado Farm Bureau all meet me at the property along with my Mom and we all inspected the doors and the issues. Mark from RJI was supposed to research the doors available to get the correct doors and I still have heard nothing from him. He sent me one email stating that he was still waiting to hear from the manufacturer. I received another quote that was the same amount of money and would like to go with that company to get the doors that are correct installed. I do not want any more problems with this company and need to end the dispute to finish out the claim and move on.

RJI provided outstanding service in replacing our hail-damaged roof. They worked directly with my insurance company, so it was a real turn-key job from my perspective. The crew replaced our fairly large roof in less than two days. Great job all around!

Excellent job. Since we are a non-profit, working on our commercial roof with minimum disruption to our operations was important. They did the job fast and with an excellent eye for quality.

After a bad hail storm and seeing the damage that was caused to our cars, I decided I better have my roof checked. I called RJI and my Insurance Company, Andy with RJI met our Insurance adjustor to determine the roof damage. It turned out not only the roof needed replacement there was a multitude of damage, including painting of house, gutters/downspouts, screens, and SEVERAL miscellaneous items. I was a bit overwhelmed after hearing all the damage.
Once I signed with RJI, they took charge and took the stress away from me and worked directly with my insurance/keeping me out of being the middle man. The teams they had to do the different jobs at my house were awesome!! I was amazed how professional how both the painting team and roofing group they engaged were!! I was always kept in the loop by RJI on what steps/timelines to expect!!

I'm Joanna and I live in Golden, CO. I had my home's roof replaced by RJI in Golden, CO after a massive hailstorm. The entire process from start to finish ran very smoothly. Andrew met me in the beginning and worked with USAA, my insurance company, in order to begin the process. Within two weeks, the ball was rolling and we had a date on the books to get the roof replaced. We were able to pick and coordinate the right gutter system and they helped to maintain the high level and upgrades that my roof had before. In fact, they even worked with me as a liason between USAA in order to make sure that those items were taken care of without any extra out of pocket expense on my part.
When it came time to get my roof done, I was incredibly impressed. They brought a large crew and dumpster to my home to demo the roof. We have a 1600sft above ground ranch--which means more roof than I actually imaged plus an attached quad sized garage. This was apparently a very big job. The workers were on site from 7am - 8pm the first day and somehow managed to leave the house in amazing condition after all the debris that had to come off. We were incredibly impressed. Then, they returned the next morning by 7:30 in order to finish the job. My home was left in better condition than when they first got there and I have the peace of mind that my roof will last through many more storms and hopefully 10+ years in CO. This is a family run company that is honest, reliable, trustworthy and worth every single penny.
I was called by MANY roofing companies last year with the big hail strom that blew through town and even closed down CO Mills for almost a year. With almost all of those companies, I felt as if they would tell me I needed a new roof even if I didn't. Definitely wasn't the case with RJI.

I would like to share our experience in working with RJI Property Reconstruction General Contractors. Along with many other Coloradans, our house was damaged during the intense hailstorm in May 2017. Andy Claire with RJI provided excellent customer service and coordinated the project, which resulted in a quality roof replacement and siding. In addition, he was responsive to any concerns or issues that came up during the process and after the job was completed. RJI is a wonderful Roofing company to work with when renovating a home or repairing from disaster. My family's home was in the path of the "Most expensive Storm in Colorado's history". Our roof, gutters and skylights were destroyed. RJI was out to our home the day after the storm to sure up the holes in our skylights. RJI made us a priority due to the shattered skylights. The house was repaired within a month with an entirely new roof. The roof looks great. The gutters are clean. And the skylights are modern and beautiful. Our Foreman made extra efforts to meet our needs for some touch up work. Moreover, the financial staff at RJI were super easy to work with and never once pressured us. We will gladly work with RJI for future improvements to our home. My wife and I recommend RJI for your home improvement needs. Feel free to drive by our Applewood home and see the lovely new roof.
