RJH Rescreening

Mr. H was hired to rescreen our pool cage, replace rusted screws on pool cage, install gutter screens,
And change out our porch door hardware. He cams out on Nov 19 and we signed the contract for service. I texted him on November 21st to ask when the start date will be as he didn't tell us when he came the first time. Someone came to begin work between November 22 to the 24th in which they didn't complete the job. I texted him on November 25th to ask when someone was coming out again. One guy showed up on November 25th at 1:00 and there was no way he could finish that day. I texted Robert on Nov 25th and he said that he would come out the next day if he didn't finish. On Nov 25 th Robert showed up with one of his helpers and completed everything but replacing the rusted screws finishing the gutter screens (which he said was done, but we checked and they are not) and putting new hardware on. He said he would be back in the next few days. Before he left he asked if I would pay him the other half of the money. I agreed because It was right before the holidays. On Nov 29th I texted him to see when he was coming back. No answer. Dec 2 I sent a text no answer. Dec 4th finally and answer. He told me he had been visiting a friend in the hospital as he was in a wreck. I told him I was very sorry. Text him Dec 19th, 15 days later no response. Texted again Dec 30 no answer. Texted again on Jan 24th no answer. I thought maybe something might have happened to him. Well, one of my friends called and texted him and HE CALLED HER BACK 3 times and texted her back. I am so disappointed. He runs a crooked business. I still have not heard from him. He stared the job in November and it's now the end of Jan.
