Rise Pest Control Minnesota

A rise salesman named Adam came to my door and offered pest control services. I declined at the initial offered price of $99. He then dropped the price to $65 for the first service and $99 for follow up services. I questioned what would happen if I was either unhappy or felt we did not need any further services. He said we could cancel with no issues. He then asked for my payment info for the $65 charge. I was never shown any documentation other than a price per sqft table. When I signed it was just a signature box on a tablet, I was never shown any form of contract nor was I told any of their contract clauses. I was then contacted after my initial service and informed that my 18 month contract I had agreed to had commenced. When I said that I didn't agree to any contract the company rep said they would ask Adam about what he sold us. I was then sent 6 emails with contracts I had never seen before but which all bore electronic copies of my signature which I had been told was for just the $65 first service.
