Excellent experience! We had a problem with one of our two HVAC systemsWe called our service providers we had used beforeUpon examination they told us the system had a leak and was too old to use the new refrigeration gases in, so the system needed replacingWe called our Home Appliance Protection Plan and they said our old providers were not in their system so the sent another firm outThat firm missed their first apptand were an hour and a half late for the second oneThey also said something similar to the the first companyI had problems with that company due to registration issues and bad reviewsSo I requested a third company and the insurance providers sent RTHCouldn't have been more pleasedThey showed up when they said they would and called aheadThe tech (Rooster) explained they issue was a bad coil and explained that it was impossible to tell if the system had a leak until the coil was working because pressure drops when the system freezes overThey ordered the parts and had the job approvedThere was a slight delay due to a mistake in ordering partsBut when the parts did arrive, they did the job promptly and established that there was no leak in the systemSaved the insurance company a lot of money and made us satisfied with their serviceHighly recommend them
