Right On Roofing did a great job on the installation of my new roof. James was professional, very caring and dedicated to his profession. He took time to help me file a claim with the insurance company. After completion of the claim he help me understand the details of my claim. The crew was very neat and completed the job in one day. This was the first time my wife and I had ever had storm damage and had to make an insurance claim. We knew nothing about roofing and felt completely lost. James walked us through the whole process from the initial inspection to choosing shingles to working with our insurance company to process our claim. He personally walked our roof with the insurance representative on multiple occasions taking pictures and marking damage with chalk. If it wasn't for his effort we would not have been approved. He only offers quality products and his work crew was amazing. We needed a whole new roof and he brought it up to current codes for ventilation and other things, like icing. We are completely satisfied with Right On Roofing and would highly recommend them.

The owner, James, was very professional, and stands behind his work. If you have any problems, he is quick to rectify it, and offer a solution without being a jerk, or hard to deal with. I have experienced that in the past, which makes it a HORRIBLE experience, but James always was kind and easy to work with. I had to reschedule several times, because of illness, and he was still very good about it. They did a great job on our roof, and he gives a five year warranty on workmanship. They had the job done in one day! I highly recommend his company.
