Our roof and siding were damaged by hail in 2014. After interviewing a number of providers, I went with Rigid because Robert seemed trustworthy and competent. The work was poorly done and many trips over six months were required to correct the problems. Much of the work was done at night initially, and it showed. Caulking around the windows was uneven and gutters were hung improperly. Water leaked into the house as a result of a seal that was broken when the siding was replaced. Regardless of Robert's qualifications, the contractors he used were incompetent and raised questions about the job as a whole. The most frustrating part of the process is that Robert never came to me to explain the problems that happened. He instead informed me that he had done a walkthrough and wanted to know my thoughts on the project. I can only conclude that he inspected the premises, saw the poor work, and wanted to see how much of it he could away with.
