I used Ricky Heath Plumbing for a septic pump out and unstop sewer line
The plumbers on my job got it done is no time I will only use this company in future
Price was fair and they cleaned up a big "mess" in my basement
Had water leaking under the houseCalled and they where here the next morningDay after Hurricane MichaelWowThanksYes,I believe the price was very fairThank you so much Heath Plumbing
My name is *** and I live in *** I called for service with a septic problem
My complain was septic smell in master bath room and when I washed clothes, the
water would bubble up in the toilet in the hall bathroomYour men
came out on Friday Mayand determined it was the septic line backed up and
should be cleaned outThey did this by drilling hole in my septic line outside, running
the hose into drain lineWhen finished the water draining through the line seems to
be slow but wasn't bubbling in the toilet, they said the line had some grease in it and
to be sure and run hot water through the lines; it would be better in a couple of
days but if not, give them a call
The way they covered up the drain line was by placing a piece on rubber tubing
over the hole(they made) and placing a big rock over it then covering with dirt
I called back on Tue /5/and told Receptionist that I needed them to come back
that there was a bubbling in the sinkIt was later around 4:30pm another tech came
and listened to my complain again and looked at the drain line where the other guys
has cleaned out the drain and said due to the late hour that he would be out first
thing the next morning and find out the problem through process of eliminationHe
came back about 8:AM Wednesday and started looking for the problem,
checked under sink and said it was a air flow problemHe need to locate the source
of the problem so he looked under the sink, behind the closet wall and finally under
the houseHe found the problem (when I had remodeling done, those contractors
forgot to tied up the septic lines and the water was just sitting there backing up in the
line.) The tech strapped the line up and then he replaced the air flow cap
under the sinkWe ran water in the washer, no gurgling in the toilet or the sink
Problem solvedHe went outside and re-did the shoddy job on the outside drain line
by placing another pipe that fit over the drain line (with the drilled hole in it) and then
he capped it off and then covered it back up with dirt
I said all that to say this: I probably would have thought the same as your first
plumbers if it had solved the problem but since it didn't; I thought I should have
been given credit for my first payment and you should have backed up your work
I believe the price for the work the 2nd tech did was a fair price ($38O.00) but I
believe I should have also been given credit for my $from 1st visit
I called Wednesday to talk to you about this matter but you were out on estimates
clerk said she would give you a message to callI don't know if you got the
message or just too busyI'm not trying to get anyone in trouble and I know you are
running a business to make money but I would appreciate it if you would give this
request some consideration
Mr*** *** called today and said they did what they thought was the problem and when they came back it was a different problemThey don't ordinarily go under the house to find the problemHe said he doesn't give credit and that I should call the contractor that did the workIf the contractor didn't find my problem, then wouldn't you call a professional? (I use the term loosely)
BAD EXPERIENCE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANYThey don't back their work and they just guess at the problem
