11/20/RE: Complaint [redacted] IN regards to the above complaint here is our response We contracted with the homeowner and had an estimated date of completion of October 19th, We are currently past that date by month and have been in communication with the homeowner regarding the delays The delays are mostly centered around a custom built spiral staircase and the issues we had with the subcontractor who built it We are having to have the staircase rebuilt at our cost The house will be completed to code and industry specifications, which has also been discussed with the homeowners

Richardson Homes has promised to repair Mr***'s driveway and we fully intend to do so. Our warranty department reached out to the homeowner on 4/25/letting him know the repair had been approved and that we were working with the concrete contractor to get this
scheduled. A few weeks have gone by but that is not due to a change of position on Richardson Homes part, just dealing with scheduling issues. We have scheduled a meeting to review with our contractor at the site on Monday 5/16, at this time we will set a date of completion weather permitting. We ask for continued patience as we intend to remedy this situation as quickly as possible
