Review: I placed an order for a pair of earrings on 3/*/2014. The amount of $60.34 was debited from my account on 3/*/2014. As of 4/**/2014, I have not received my earrings. I first contacted [redacted] on 3/** to explain the items had not been received (this was after confirming with UPS that they had lost the package within their system). [redacted] with [redacted] stated she would file a claim (the merchant has to do it). I confirmed with UPS that they issued a claim to [redacted] on 3/**/2014. I sent emails to [redacted] on 3/**, 4/* and 4/** requesting either the earrings or a refund. I also left a voicemail on their phone number and posted to their [redacted] and [redacted] accounts. I have yet to receive a response.Desired Settlement: I really would like the earrings.

Review: I placed an order on October [redacted] for the large white full clover pave hoops after [redacted] wore them on her talk show. I received an email with my UPS tracking number on October [redacted]. My earrings were supposed to be delivered to me on October [redacted]. I never received them! I sent an email to Rich Rocks customer service but they never responded. I also tried contacting them via Twitter. The phone number listed on their website is a [redacted] Voice Number and no one ever answers. I found the owner's email address but she hasn't responded either. I am amazed by the poor customer service and I am very disappointed.
I have contacted UPS about my package and they told me that Rich Rocks has to reach out to them to start an investigation. I did some more research and found out that I am one of many customers that has had this experience with Rich Rocks.
I hope the Revdex.com can help me resolve this issue with Rich Rocks.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a replacement set of the earrings I never received.

[redacted] placed an order with RichRocks on 10/**/13 for a pair of earrings. Her order was packed and shipped via UPS on 10/**/13 and she was emailed her UPS tracking # on the same day of shipment. The package was delivered to her provided address on 10/**/13 at 5:35pm, with confirmation proof of delivery from UPS. RichRocks Customer Service received an email stating that she did not get the package. We emailed back asking her if the package had turned up or if someone else possible signed for it or received it, and once we hear back we will file a report with UPS and ship out a new pair of earrings. Our office already received a letter than she filed with the Revdex.com, but we would like to rectify this situation immediately and make sure she receives her earrings and is a happy customer. We just sent another followup email and will be sending out a new pair of earrings today, tracking will be emailed directly to her.

Review: Placed order on RICHROCKS Company website December * 2014 for total of $163 dollars. Money was taken from my bank account on December * 2014. I Was emailed a tracking number but tracking number shows package had never left the company building and is awaiting [redacted] pick up.
I have sent 5 emails and left 5 voicemail messages and have had zero response from anyone. I never received the jewelry and at this point I WANT A REFUND for the $163.00 taken from my account.
EXTREMELY disappointed at lack of customer service.Desired Settlement: FULL REFUND

Review: On 9/**/2014 I ordered on line 3 pair of earrings from RichRocks. My card was billed immediately for $135.00 for the earrings. One week later I noticed it was still processing and I needed to know when they would ship as these were to be gifts. I called the number they have on their web site and a computer answering machine stating that "the google subscriber was unavailable and to leave a message and number." I did this and also emailed them. I heard nothing back. The following week I called 6 times always getting the answering machine. I emailed them 3 times and have heard nothing. I did some research and found I'm not the only person who they have done this to. It is now 10/**/2014 and my order is till processing and I still can't reach anyone by phone or email.Desired Settlement: That they respond and refund my money. I will never do business with them again.

Review: I placed an online order for a bracelet on October **, 2015 , received an email confirmation of the order and my credit card was charged. I was advised that I would receive a shipping email confirmation but never received one. I have made numerous attempts to contact the business through email and phone messages to no avail.Desired Settlement: They should send me the item I purchased or refund my money.

It was written, "We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 Business Days" in the homepage of RichRocks.
However, the shipment was not reported even if two weeks passed, and the commodity did not arrive either.
Therefore, I sent mail in RichRocks to **/5/2014?**/5/2014?**/5/2014 , saying that "Please you e-mail me after you ship out the item". However, there was no answer at all.
And,I called it six times in total on **/5/2014 and **/5/2014. However, all were the answering machines.
It became impossible to achieve the purpose to buy the commodity because the arrival of the commodity was too late consequentially.
Therefore, I was not able to contact RichRocks at all though I wanted to cancel.
And, the commodity arrived at **/6/2014 after three weeks.
However, I already do not want the commodity. It is because the arrival was too late. And, I feel resentment in too insincere service of Richrocks.
Therefore, it reported in "I'd like to return the goods.Please contact the procedure for returned goods." and RichRock and it contacted **/6/2014. However, there is no answer at all. It is not possible to contact now.Desired Settlement: As I have not been able to contact RichRocks at all and the item was delivered too late as scheduled, I no longer need the item.
Please send me asap via email a return label, return address.
Review: On 11/**/2014 I ordered a pair of earrings from their website: www.richrocksnyc.com My credit card was charged & earrings never received. I attempted MULTIPLE times via the email & phone number provided on website to find out what was going on. Never heard a thing. I am currently working with my credit card company to get my money back. Extremely disappointing.Desired Settlement: I have wanted these earrings for quite some time & would appreciate delivery.
