In the fall of 2014, I contracted with this company to repaint the steel siding on my houseThe work they did was excellent with one serious exceptionIn the spring of 2015, when I did my pressure wash of my aluminum deck, I found paint splatter over much of the deckThe company, fairly promptly, came out to review the problem and over the next year or so, made a number of attempts to clean the splatter from the deckThe result now is that the paint on the deck surface is permanently ruinedThe color has changed dramatically and in some places they have rubbed the paint completely offThe manufacturer of the deck has recommended that it be repaintedHowever, Rhinoshield now refuses to answer my phone calls and emailsIt is my conviction that no one should contract with this company without being extremely cautious

I contracted with this company on March 17, to paint my house I contacted them several times, and finally on June 30, I threatened to file a law suit against this company if my house was not painted by August 1, Well, they began painting it ON August 1, and was done on August 4, The work was done very professionally and it looks great I was told that I would have a written warranty within days, I have called twice, and no responses We are at days and still no warranty I have called the HOME OFFICE in Florida and she assured me that I would get a written warranty I told her that I would wait another days and if I haven't gotten it, I will call back to Florida...that Rhino Shield of Iowa was ruining the reputation of this product

The company, fairly promptly, came out to review the problem and over the next year or so, made a number of attempts to clean the splatter from the deck. The result now is that the paint on the deck surface is permanently ruined. The color has changed dramatically and in some places they have rubbed the paint completely off. The manufacturer of the deck has recommended that it be repainted. However, Rhinoshield now refuses to answer my phone calls and emails. It is my conviction that no one should contract with this company without being extremely cautious.
