Mr***, the person I
spoke to on the phone told me if the part did not work there would be no
restocking fee and the postage and handling would be taken care of. This was a true concern of mine since I had
already ordered the part from a *** *** parts person in Louisville, KY. Mr*** and I discussed the part at dept
particularly the way the plate was turned on the Jack.
After
numerous emails back and forth which *** said it was a the wrong
part/defective she would provide emails from *** *** - who no longer
works for RFE- as well as, pictures and other documentation of the part showing
it was made incorrectly.
On
September 17, 2014, *** sent an email to *** asking for the email
documentation related to the other JD Jack with the same part number stating
that the part they sent you was defective The July 25, email ***
forwarded to us stated that *** says that the parts you received are correct
for your machine(See Attachment A)
I had e-mailed the company on their e-mail
contact and did not save these e-mails.
I tried to e-mail Mr*** but the e-mail would not go through. Mr*** and I spoke at length as I have
said before regarding the Jack. I did
send them picture to show the Jack just as it came to us along with pictures of
the box that the Jack came in. We did
return the Jack in the same box with a lot of packaging tape to make sure it
stayed with the box along with the red like paper it came in was returned in
the box just has it was sent. *** ***
was speaking of the yoke, which we ordered from the other company too. The Company in Louisville, KY took the part
back without any questioning and refunded our full purchased price
On
9/18/*** emailed us threatening a Revdex.com complaint and a credit card
chargeback (See Attachment B)
I did tell via e-mail that I would have no
alternative but to contact my credit card company and Revdex.com if they could not
work with me. So many times I e-mail
wanting to speak with Mr. *** and all I got was he was out of the office and
etc. I pleaded for him to call me and
not once did I ever speak with him on the phone nor did I receive any satisfaction
discussion of settling this issue
*** returned the part to RFE Distribution on 9/29/with a letter (see
attachment)
On 9/30/2014 *** ***, our CEO, inspected the part and found it showed
signs of installation and use (see jpg pictures attached)
I can not stress strong enough to let you know
this part never even touch our dozer. It
remained in the garage until we returned it.
The pictures I sent were how it arrived and the picture where it screws
on to the dozer does not show any contact with any other part This was the letter attached

This is all we could find
on the box it came in (copy
attached), which was truly torn and the part was partially out of the box,
which we did not care. The part was
still good. The sales person was
***. The Jack came by UPS REF 1:
INV *** and REF 2: ***. We were
told there would not be any restocking fee and that you all would work out the
return shipping if the jack was not the right one. It looks just like the one we received
previously from *** *** parts place in Louisville, KY, which was the reason we
were concern about restocking fee and for shipping cost, and that is when Mr
*** assured us it would fit or there would be no problem returning
it. The shipping to and from was
expensive and since we were told that it would be refunded to us that is what
we should getThe is the very same part that we had gotten from a *** ***
parts place in Louisville, KY which we returned and got a full refund because
it was not put together correctly by *** *** when it was assembled. The plate does not fit right on the ball, and
therefore would not fit on the dozer The part would not allow the movement that the
jack would need to do to accommodate the blade.
We can't see that part being any good to anyone unless the square thick
plate would be turn around. There is a
note on this plate
From
the way Mr*** talked to me that he felt certain it would be right and if
not I could return it for full refund plus the shippingAs he told me we
(being your company) would take care of it.
We both had the schematics of the jack and discussed the plate as we
both looked at the picture
A conversation I had via e-mail
to *** *** “The dozer jack was put together wrong. The plate
should have been turned differently where it would allow it to fit closer to
the ball that has to be able to move to allow the blade to move. I am
returning this part for a full refund and for the shipping and handling along
with what it cost me to return it. This was what I was told when I
purchased the part. I am sending you pictures of the box it was delivered
in via UPS in another e-mail. I will be returning it in the same
box.” No one even call me regarding this
issue
Once again, we do hope this will
be refunded to my credit card in full to include cost of jack and shipping to us
and us shipping it back to the company

installing the part which was a jack for a JD 750B crawler dozer. He informed me that his attorney would be
contacting me and he was a 3rd party working on RFE Distributors
behalf. He would not give me his company
name. He informed me that the part had
been installed because it was marred; the paint was removed from it. When my husband and I packed the part we too
have pictures of it and it did not show any signs of installation. He also said that he spoke to *** *** and
they said the part was made right for our dozer. *** *** informed me when I e-mailed ***
*** that RFE was not a *** *** dealer.
*** continued to tell me that the part had been installed and I ask him
if he was calling me a liar; he would continue to repeat that the part had been
installed. I told him it had not been
installed on our dozer because we had to take the old one from the dozer, buy a
plate for Nortrex in Louisville, KY and get a machinist to put the plate on our
old one. As we continue to tell RFE that
the plate was put on wrong to fit to our dozer.

Louisville on our old jack and did the welding.
Our jack is on our dozer with the plate that ***, the machinist, put
on there. I can send pictures to anyone
that may be interested. I told *** I
never even got a receipt on this part just an invoice number that was on the
UPS package. *** was like dealing with
a bill collector. This company was nice
when I was speaking with Mr*** who is no longer with the company. After all I was buying a $plus part
