I am not surprised this business does not want to do anything to help me with this complaintThese treatments cost me a lot of time trouble and moneyI will make sure I let the public know how I was treatedI feel I waisted a lot of money and time trying these treatmentsIf the employees at Hormone Replacement Center was treated like myself they would not be very happy as wellThey just wanted to ignore the problem and not return my phone callsThey have a big lack of communication in their officeThey had no wish to correct the problem just to try to get me to continue goingI will not pay out that level of money and get treated wronglyI am truly disapointed in this companyAs we can see nothing was resolved with this complaint.Thank you

I received a notice today that my complaint had been closed I am not OK with this Yes the company has contacted me and we are "trying" to work it out

We no longer have a relationship with this patientShe was our patient for or monthsOur records reflect the following: Bloodwork on 8.10.15, and 12.10.15.Treatment on 9.21.15She made a $down payment on Recurring payments for $were made on 8.1.15, 9.1.15, 10.1.15,
11.2.15, and for a total of $1649.98.The value for the treatments and visits she received is $Therefore, her refund request is declined

Patient's refund request was submitted over a month ago from corporate - they approved refund because it was on overcharge - patient should receive a check any time now

Corporate has reached out to this patient and resolved the issues she was having

I received a notice today that my complaint had been closed.  I am not OK with this.  Yes the company has contacted me and we are "trying" to work it out.

I am not surprised this business does not want to do anything to help me with this complaint. These treatments cost me a lot of time trouble and money. I will make sure I let the public know how I was treated. I feel I waisted a lot of money and time trying these treatments. If the employees at Hormone Replacement Center was treated like myself they would not be very happy as well. They just wanted to ignore the problem and not return  my phone calls. They have a big lack of communication in their office. They had no wish to correct the problem just to try to get me to continue going. I will not pay out that level of money and get treated wrongly. I am truly disapointed in this company. As we can see nothing was resolved with this complaint.Thank you.
