This company claims to provide 24/emergency HVAC service, and there is some truth to that, however they might need to reevaluate their definition of "emergency service" to better fit the needs of the consumerYes, a live person is available to answer their office phone at all hours of the day, even at in the morningBut when you place a call for emergency service at 12:45am and don't hear back from the only technician they have scheduled to work for the night until nearly 5:00am, only to have that technician tell you they can have someone out there between and 11, that kinda ruins the concept of "emergency" service, since you the customer will likely be sitting in a house with an indoor temperature in the 90s in the mean timeIf the technician is not available to show up at your door and fix your A/C within a few hours of your emergency call, at least send someone out with a portable A/C unit that can be quickly setup so the customer can have at least one room that doesn't feel like an oven until the technician can show upOnce the technician did show up, he was professional and courteousKnew what he was doing, found the problem in five minutes, and thankfully had the part on his truck to fix it, which took another ten minutesHe even took a picture of the bad part and showed it to me before replacing itOverall, the company and it's people are good at what they do, just don't expect a quick response if your A/C dies in the middle of the night
