failure to reactivate travel club membership in timely manner
We renewed membership with annual payment of $on 12-14-and RTX confirms payment was received before the expiration of the annual membership termWe attempted to access the RTX Voyages website to use membership benefits several times during the week of 12-25-prior to the expiration of the prior membership term but were denied access unable to complete the hotel reservation member optionWe immediately attempted to contact customer service without success
We experienced the same problem with accessing membership options after successfully contacting customer service in early January after being told the problem was resolved

Purchased a Vacation service in I did not travel because of many reasons but originally thought that I just lost my investment but they kept calling and charging me for not going

I bought a package from RTX voyages and I paid a prepayment of 495$.according to what was told to me and my family that they have the best prices and showed us a list of prices and I have to wait at least hrs to activate my account
after checking their prices to other companies on the same day same time same hotel and their prices were more by 40$,100$ and some times 20$ ,when I called after many,many times leaving voice mails the days that cancellation was over.they refused to cancel our agreement even I told them they can take the $ but still they refused

I've been trying to contact Voyages by RTX since July and have been unsuccessfulI have been wanting to cancel the contract due to the contract being grossly unfair and their breach due to misrepresentation of facts I was told a lot of things verbally which just simply is untrue After signing and paying a deposit of $495, I was told I had to give my cancellation in writing and it's somewhere in *** within hours I couldn't get to *** if I'm in *** on vacation This is totally wrong and unfair but more importantly unjust Every time I contact customer service, I'm given the run around and it's just totally frustrating All I want is my $along with the payments that have already been made and get out of this contract ASAP!!!! I've been told I can go on vacation/take trips with the points I'll accumulate being a silver member Well this isn't true, basically I'm paying $a month, only to turn around and still pay for my trips This is a RIP OFF

I signed up for the RTX Voyages product 6/1/in Charleston S.Cand have not been able to register for the productThe information I was given said I would be able to start using my membership within hoursIt's very hard to use services when you can't registerI just spoke with an IT customer service representative or so she said she was, and was told the registration process has been unavailable due to an issue for the past hours and there is no ETRBeing an IT Consultant I will say having a system down for hours with no ETR is unacceptableIf the registration system, which would be simpler than a booking system is down for over hours how long is the booking system offline when it has problems? On January 28, 2017, we entered into an agreement with Resort Travel & XChange, Inc (RTX) for the amount of $ We were told at that time and signed a document stating we had days to cancel The meeting was recorded We sent a certified letter to RTX on February 14, notifying them we were canceling the agreement On March 9, we received a letter from RTX stating we had missed the cancellation period to days We called and wrote to them on multiple occasions citing the document that we signed and requesting a copy of the taped conversation RTX claims that what we are citing is a cancellation for a free trip and not the actual contract

In May of my husband attended a presentation in *** with RTX, we were shown great deals on resorts, cruises airfare and so onOur agent pulled up all kinds of places on his computer the prices were extremely discountedWhen we were able to activate our membership and search for these great prices they were no where to be foundI'm extremely disappointed with RTX they should be ashamed of these misleading pricesAround $1,later and we have yet to use our membership due to the misleading discounted pricesIf you ask me they must use a dummy website to show such great deals because I have yet to find themI just want out of these $monthly payments for something that was so misleadingShame on you Voyages by RTX!!

I purchased an RTX Voyages discount program for vacations for my family through Festiva in *** around July Prior to purchasing the sales agent was very convincing that this was the program to purchase to eliminate the need for any other programs I financed the purchase through Zealandia with an approximate down payment of $ The entire program cost approximately $ As I stated, with the program I was to get discount hotels, town houses, theme parks and many other ammenities I was told by my sales agent that the program would pay for itself and I could always find discounts anywhere that I went I was decieved Initially I had problems logging in to the website where you would handle all of your vacation transactions I communicated this with the agent that sold me the package through text message which took quite some time to resolve When I was finally able to log in I did not find any better deals that what you could find on many of the free websites
